Probably presumed to be totally in accurate and don,t put any money in on anything that he utters from his mouth as will invariably cost you and this could have been played completely differently and pi' s have been sold down the river by the master Just Bullshit. You were not taken in by his bullshit interviews and you obviously had prior experience of his inept business skills as reflected in the shocking SP.All sells and no buys and he has single handedly ruined the companies prospects and decimated the SP in the process. Only reporting on a small article that was in the financial summary in a National paper on Saturday so not distorting facts. Take it up with the national paper. According to a news article they have only managed to raise 5.6 million of the hoped for 6 million. Not so great and not oversubscribed then. More disappointment but understandable bearing in mind revent ebents over last 12 mpnths most could be forgiven for not trusting JB on anything he says or does. IMO he is currently a walking disasterwith zero credibility. He will up his bonuses next year and salary and that should cover the shares he has bought.

Why is that wrong on so many levels .Firstly as jet says Lombard could use this to their advantage and yet we could have got a Pharma to buy the funding for 5-6 million for 40% and they would be working along side Futura for the next 16 months to commercialisation and then we would have royalties etc etc. Not a difficult concept bearing in mind we had top negotiators. I really struggle to see what you find so difficult to see. As the pharma partner would have been one investor as opposed to all and sundry the admin cost and charges would have been much less and we would not have had the collapse in the Sp. We would have been monetarily in the same position but already putting ourselves 16 months further forward with our partners in a working relationship. Royalties could have been at a sliding scale on sales and milestone and commercialisation payments.Seriously do you think the SP would still be at 25p. At a minimum yes probably more though as would have been received as very positive collaboration and partnership as opposed to raising money in a desperate plight. Seems right on every level to me and so very simple if you can bother to think out the box.

He could not get one of these pharmas of which we had discussions with a few to spend £5 million to in effect own 40% of the company. Because that is what he has in effect just done with this cock up of a fund raise so obviously no punchy numbers and lied to. As £5 million for 40% share of the company IMO is not punchy numbers. But we accepted this as an alternative then the offers must have been horrendous. JB has been rumbled again. Still this will drop further so IMO JB and AH have spadefuls of incompetence and expect some may double from this point but not within the next year.

Lombard Odier to get 30% and then put in a bid for 12p a share. Buying the company right out from under JB. Terrific. If they do not accept then just sell en masse and take share price down to 2-3p.Excellent foresight from jb again. They have now lowered average and maybe lucky to scrap to break even on punchy numbers deal in year and a half time. Those that bought at 7p will miss buying in at 5p once shares are admitted in mid November. No longer a discount price. Lol as by JB actions he has dropped this nearly 95% in 6 months and increased the number of shares by 60%. We're is your presentation today...you cannot put your foot in it any further than you have. Well totally concur with your post at 14.36 and will be reporting JB to the FSA today. If the previous FD left as so not to be associated with this then the lack of a deal has been known for sometime. Any investors who believe that jb' s statements have been misleading and that he has negated his duties to shareholders as imo he has then the more investors that contact the FSA the better.
