My thoughts also wtf AP may be the coffee and biscuits person as mystery...presumed wrong board. Any way to all this has dropped below a pound as predicted. Well on the plus side I would like to think it cannot get any worse in 2019. End of 2019 will be make or break IMO.

Apologies jet,7 and all. Typo should be 2019 and 2020 which is consistent then with all my previous post so are timings are in effect very similar except you believe it will move earlier. Have to disagree as no investors will invest on hear say or wild predictions by the BOD imo. As everyone got burnt last time. The mm's want a bigger share and big bonus early doors well you can have some of mine and not many when you at least double yesterday's sp price at its peak. You gotta love the audacity. I think I will enjoy an early 2019 bonus instead of them:-) :-) ;-)

Good luck to those investing but I feel that I can get 50% more shares later next year. Hence why I never took part in the funding. When as will happen the BOD issue more shares and bonuses etc etc for themselves I wonder if peeps will be as charitable. All my opinion but hope all shareholders are lucky eventually on this one. But many will not recover their losses even on a deal. If and when it eventually transpires.

Ureka....you have missed the point. We are trying to conserve company funds yet we are now doing a show at our expense. Then ask yourself why if we already have the interested parties from last year's negotiations then it is a pointless exercise. If you cannot see that I can do no more...unless of course we never had parties showing the level of interest that we were lead to believe, which is that they were all unanimous that they would potentially pay 50% more after full results of phase 3. One has to presume the contracts are almost ready should the results come in positive as expected so why take it out their for further exposure if we have these parties which have also shaped the phase 3 trials. An educated guess is because the SP has collapsed they quite rightly probably have taken the opportunity to lower their offers quite rightly IMO and hence in conclusion why we will try to get some coverage that may help the SP. But who will believe it. Just further raises questions about the whole of what investors were told last year. I have stated thàt this may see 20 -25 p in 2021 ...hardly negative if you buy in now. However it comes with such a high risk hence why I will wait for it to be closer to 4-5p range before I invest later next year.

What happened to the interested parties from last year and JB said that they had based phase 3 around the feedback they had had from all those interested in the med gel..yet IMO this RNS says otherwise. Never seen such a shambles in my time of investing and I have seen some humdingers. Seems like they are trying to get some interested parties again. Well nothing till December 2020 as they will give 50% more after seeing the successful trial 3 results. Even though we have suffered 68 % dilution which in effect means each shareholder will get less a year further on. It is like a comedy gone wrong. Let's see what else they can try to hype up to get the SP moving. Did Theresa May and JB use the same negotiators as certain comparisons IMO can be drawn especially fiasco.

When did saying it as it is seen by the majority suddenly become abuse. A little rich IMO for you to say that and the SP doesn't lie and 30 interested parties 15 years ago I believe it is stated somewhere. Hired trained negotiators and deal closers and they could not get a deal.A further 68% increase in number of shares in circulation so that JB could get plausibly and only possibly 50% more on the current offer. I am not the sharpest pencil in the box but even a fckwit would sorry dimwit would realise that is a worse deal for shareholders. And that is JB's decision surely...sounded like it from the interviews he gave. No credibility if cannot calculate simple maths sums. And you are surprised this is low... It is laughable IMO and really surprised that after last year this is not 4p. Next November I will expect to buy in at that price. Even at 4p this is a massive gamble , but all do really diligent research as thought I had but I had not.

Totally concur with your last post. I have no doubt we shall see a continuation of very positive RNS over the whole of 2019 and I feel a few excellent surprises also ;-). Last two RNS IMO have not been priced in fully. I hope all investors enjoy the short ride to 20p and then I really expect 30p by second quarter latest especially on recovery of oil prices back to high 60 mid 70.The last oil forecast demand I read was for it to reach it's peak in 2021 so the timing if Amer get producing 10-15k bopd could produce the perfect storm for the SP so to speak and get close to 50- 60p by end of next year hopefully. Y very astute. I have been invested in them for a while but sold 95% of remining shares in here. And invested all in Amer. Massive cash in bank and looks like potential massive oil hit with indico. Just waiting for flow rates.

Selling in other oilies that are static with no news soon and investing here IMO to make some decent extra money in the very
short term. Cannot blame them as this has news that for once looks like a game changer that will see this re rate into the 20's. Do not take my word but DYOR .information and detailed documentation is all readily available, there to be assimilated and then acted upon. This seems presently a first class opportunity. I think my quarterly bonus will arrive only after this finds the 20's arrrgh.

Yes indeed potentially by Christmas as new investors realise a potential 25% increase from current sp. If indico flow rates are published substantially higher than that of Mariposa before Christmas then imo 20p is a minimum. Means some extra presents at Christmas for the savy investor that has funds available. I am in for long game top slice at 30-35p dependent on news flow due thereafter.

Yes it did sway me to buy a few thousand etc. All great research always appreciated. Big smoke average 18p would buy more but have not any funds spare. Still feel that the more investors that hold their shares tightly, then the quicker we will hit 25p IMO. I have said since mod year 20p at Christmas 18 and it could still be achieved however I never expected low of 10p to be seen but never thought that the potential of indico could be EXPOTENTIAL. My 18p average is definitely looking likely to show 100% profit by 2nd to fourth quarter 2019. I expect an offer of sorts originally to come in 2021. But with this phenomal news on indico plus if the reserves are updated and the drilling programme is ramped up and kept toon schedule (which I believe it will ) then I have confidence Amer will be bought out by 60- 80p by end of 2020. Very excited year ahead. Gla

Under a pound as I predicted earlier in the year like all pharma's I believe R and D companies have most to loose with a potential brexit cock up. A fruitful Brexit is looking as likely as JAK delivering "significant shareholder value"...... Over optimistic on both counts, probably should have been deliverable on both counts but sadly hugely let down by those in charge as SP shows and shambolic deal. Roll on 2021 as will be £3 or bust IMO. Good luck all.

LO and Big Pharma have this by the short and curlies. Massive misjudgement imo by management decision making and lack of any trust in what JB now says will see 25p tops. A crucial poor decision with so called top negotiators on board so to as avoid a fck up and the SP suggests the biggest fck up still transpired after such unbelievably bullish statements made by JB. Comical listening back to him and now nothing till Dec 2019 re MED and the pain relief should be news around October 2019 but nothing to add value till again 2020. I will buy back in very backend of 2019. FUM will have spent last fund raise by end of phase 3 trials and be in a very poor negotiating position. Will require another fund raise at circa 5p imo around November next year just so they are financially stronger to negotiate but have to say 25p tops is most I see for this in line with the view of Nicetomichu.Directors and LO do well and Pi's get stiffed but their seems little regard for the PI's.

Yes that is the problem imo...what is truth and what is porky pies. No wonder the share is unloved. As someone said on the bb. This may see 15p to 20p on deals being concluded. So those in at 7p and lower in time will do well but over 10mth wait. Dead money isn't funny. So make it work for you and come back in the autumn. We have been diluted twice since 90p days so some realistic targets need to be set and I believe 20p will be top dollar. The pharma and LO have this buy the short and curlies and imo we got what we were due for poor decisions.....if all that was said was to be true. Any way roll on late 2019. September end of should go up on my buy alone.

Imo you have about 10 mths to save up and buy back in and at a double digit percentage decrease to where the sp lies today. News on pain relief gel oct 2019 and trial results November earliest as remember JB said that potential pharma's were unanimous that they would possibly pay 50% more at the end of phase 3 trials. That is why we have had the capitulation in sp and diluted the shares by a further 60% so we can get an extra 50% at the end of 2019 to early 2020. I could not see the logic and looking at the share price nor does the city. Surprised they haven't started to short this share yet. At least AH seemed assured in the last interview and no embarrassing questions asked.All good for christmas 2019 only two years later than most expected. But others would probably argue it has been longer since 30 potential suitors were interested. Was that 15 years ago now...need to check the article I am sure it was posted on advfn. Bought more shares today and average now down to 17.95. Very happy that I may double this sometime in 2020. Expect at least two good RNS in December. GLA. Waiting to see news of other operator drills also as may indicate some great potential for our future wells
