I also add that that is on commercialisation and IMO that will be difficult under current circumstances and also that would be the figure on the proviso of no more dilution.

Afraid no such thing as due diligence. They were already knee deep in it at over 25p. They would have said right we will buy a percentage of the fund raise but you and others will have to partake. If not we will start to sell our holding which would have dropped this circa 7p and lower. They have now averaged down at shareholders expense as seen in all dilution exercises of such fund raises. If it goes tits up they use the loss against any tax gains so win win situation. They had JB over a self made barrel and any amateur would have even seen this coming.But apparently not our paid negotiators nor our highly paid CEO. Just to add insult to injury if anyone has not figured this out yet they now have us over an even bigger barrel. All the above is IMHO and I think the penny is dropping into what has actually occurred here with more and more pi's. Gla.The only surprise to me is that it took this long to. Get to low 7's.

Is that not 60k profit. Cannot see how you get 200k profit unless I am just being slightly slow on the uptake but 11p to 33p is 3 fold so expect the sale of shares to generate 90k, hence to be approx 60 k profit after taking of original 30k outlay ?

That is all I am interested in and they have not changed. If the BOD inactivity changes now RH is as good as sold up then who knows what this could get to.25- 35p in 6 months does not seem unrealistic.

When you say value will out at p3 then to market may I ask what figure you would put the SP at when this happens as I am curious to your valuation obviously just assuming number of shares remained equal. Thanks.

JB said that the pharmas were potentially willing to pay more once they had seen phase three results. Last enrollment expected end of summer and results not expected till end of 2019. Therefore unless JB contradicts what he said about waiting for phase 3 results to get 50% more for shareholders I cannot see any deal before end of 2019 and if so then cannot be taking into acct all the so called interested parties. I see a return in Early 2020. At most for those in at this bargain price and if approval for pain relief gel then a small rose towards October next year as they expect that news end of summer 2019. Hope that SP does not drift but feel until October 2019 or early 2020 this will be a shooters dream unfortunately. Great to see AH put in an assured performance and no difficult questions. Yes good news but that has been a constant theme on all trials as has the retreating SP. Have you any idea as would genuinely appreciate your take as something does not add up surely. You may wish to read up more about libel and what does and does not constitute libel. An opinion is not libel and nor is an enquiry to the FSA.

Collating all relevant points and dialogue that JB has said and will forward to relevant parties to see if and what action if any can be taken. Will also investigate certain time lines especially regards the last FD leaving and statements made since. Unfortunately busiest time of year for me. But hope to have made contact by end of this month and see what if anything can be done. IMO investors have been lead up the garden path.

I fail to see JB getting a deal of any sorts in the next I4 months. So I have hedged my bets in so much that I will invest to try and double money and then I will be back to levels. So it inevitably stands for nothing if the negotiators and CEO Firstly could not have found investors a better deal. And I think he has caused irreparable damage as anything he now says stands for nothing. Those investing in at 7p like JB will make a profit at the expense of shareholders being extremely loyal under what has now been obviously false statements. He would have done better to have said nothing the SP would still be sitting at 10 to 15p. No one disagrees with it taking time and totally appreciate this but I don't require IMO a CEO who has lied and effectively skewered the SP levels. Could not agree more. Guaranteed he probably hawksy has never worked the hours or sacrificed what I have over the years to get where I am so as you say trys an amateurish cheap shot. He makes me chuckle as I have unfortunately come across many people with Hawksey's mentality in my life time.

My 40k has been salvaged as sold at 15p and a fair sum at 10p and only hold 10k in shares now worth 3k. My average was 23p give or take. So in total roughly 22k in total. Have left 10k in as prepared to write that off. And the reason I won't go to the meeting is I have better thinks to do than waste time listening to more bullshit coming out of JB mouth. My opinion and at 7p totally entitled to it. I have done many deals but have never screwed anyone over and amazed that so many of you seem to be okay with that.Maybe that is how you operate. Now that is a sad state of affairs.

Not what I would have done but a logical alternative to what "top negotiators" have managed. But if you believe that 7p is acceptable then you have a strange interpretation of "punchy numbers" discussions. And you think JB would answer the questions. As little of what he has said in the last ,12 months has had much truth. I certainly don't expect him to start answering questions truthfully. You have answered many people's question. Why have they not invested as you would if you had faith in the product. I would not even waste petrol money going to the meeting on the 12th to hear more untruths imo. We probably will not even start the trial phase 3 more bullshit from the master JB.....deceitful to the core IMO and uninvestible till we get new CEO with some morals and a degree of honesty and decency. Once a xxxx always a xxxx. Another reason he decimated the Share price was so that he could pick shares up on the cheap. We were played and hope Karma gets him good and proper..
