Even 40p would seem bullish at this stage. Still hoping that one of the interested parties will start an agressive take over move. They must at least be buying shares up to the 3% threshold. Anyway happy to see the interims and would be good to get some clarity. Cannot say that I was impressed by thd last proavtive interview...to me seemed massively less confident.

JB is asked is he surprised at were the current market value for the company lies. He says most would probably say their companies should be valued higher but it is where it is. Do you think this interview was held before or after the crash in sp.Because if the former which I am presuming then he will be in as much shock as the rest of us at the SP dropping of the cliff edge. Has he completely misread market sentiment because if so then any plans they had may be rapidly being re- evaluated and may be causing them to completely re think their business plan. GLA. I will wait but also noticed the very first correction he made from "most" to "all," now which one is it hmmmmmm. Some people should review the interview in depth as some interesting body language IMO.

If you do not see "punchy numbers" and other statements as untruthful then unfortunately you are either incompetent stupid or deluded. I w in ll let you choose and as for. You may wish to go through the proactive interviews that JB has conducted before reporting your so called "keyboard warriors". But James Barder has his work cut out and having supported him previously on what I have evidenced in the last 48 hours I honestly believe it is outside his skill set to pull this around to be the " punchy numbers," he was stating prior.

A deal could come at any time. Not at all I am afraid now. If you are perusing the latest proactive interview he adds it in as an after thought. Why do you think they had the proactive interview released at the same time as the RNS ...because James knew the market reaction and those invested here should watch it see how nervous and downbeat it is to all other proactive interview when he was trying to big it up. He has to pull a massive rabbit out the hat and IMO made an almighty faux pas. Happy to be proved incorrect but I will be surprised on this evidence. Feel the money spent on negotiators has obviously been a total miscalculation and waste of precious funds having achieved zero. Would be great if someone can ask him the cost to achieve nothing.

You however state that you would not sell for 40p nor the institutional investors. But you say £1 or £2 that is even more bullish than any post I have ever made a slight contradiction in terms. They may be angry but nothing that is not factual and I can do all the due diligence in the world but I have to rely on the CEO not completely MIS leading the market. Hence the SP reaction nothing more nor less than that. Let me tell you in all my years in business I have seen situations when businesses break promises or overstate certain scenarios and once they do not stick to their word I have seen businesses fold at worst and lose custom through word of mouth at best. The Market and SP adjustment has damaged FUM accordingly and we have James to thank. If James says we are in talks and hoping to secure a licensing deal again will the SP rise of course not as he has said end of 2017 lied, middle of 2018 lied before the start of phase 3 lied again as we know he is saying 2019 so we can presume on his track record of could be 2020. So no wonder some investors are piling out and I am 30 to 40% lighter in this Share as that was a loss I could stand and I hold the rest. The fact this has dropped to 13p is no surprise and bearing in mind where it was and what we know now I think at this price we are probably overpriced bearing in mind no news of any significance till end of 2019. I pray that there is no dilution as that will make both our circa 90p to £1 totally unreachable. I expect that the board will see new posters over the coming days try to pump this upand they will be investors that feel they can make a penny or two as they may think the SP has been overdone. I am angry as my friend put massive store on what JB said and has paid more than he can afford. I am luckier that I can take a hit to a degree even as big a drop as this is.

Can we believe what we are told are the trial results.....beginning to now question anything that they have ever said naturally. As seems not even the pharmas convinced of phase two results. All IMO and suggest people just look back over the past reports on proactive and no where near as bullish in the latest and certainly less confident looking...guess he has been found out.....dramatically and all I can say is the market is always ahead of what we know. Further more they knew SP would get smashed but last pro active interview about as convincing as Theresa May talking on a brexit deal. Single figure SP which saddens me before Christmas IMO.

Have total respect for your posts but I disagree with a point that you make "the fantastic unique advantages of our med gel" reason being that all the parties concerned think so little of it that none have made any offers worth 20p a share. JB could have had this back at 60p surely if punchy numbers where to be believed. Now we sit at sub 15p and having totally decided to commit very little resources(,understandably) to the CSD 500 or the pain gel. We know find ourselves between a rock and a hard place. I have been a big advocate for JB but he no longer carries my support. If any pharmas were interested (big big question mark) this will be subject to a takeover bid at sub 40p a share lock stock and barrel. Bearing in mind number of shares sold at sub 40p it will get approved by shareholders. Should we worry about this. No not IMO as why should I believe multiple parties showed an interest when we have been told so much pure shite. No JB could say that a deal is done and the Share price will not budge as no one will trust him going forward. It is alright to say sell up but we are in the main nursing losses due to JB overstating thinks and the SP is smashed as a result.

This is normal levels so best get used to it and that is if we are lucky this was 15p and raised on the idea that a deal was in the pipeline as this was spoken about.But now we have no deal a question mark over efficacy of the gel. A raft of answers that we are now told the pharmas want answers too and then maybe they have only ".indicated" they may pay more and this all on the back of several parties being in negotiations.Well if that was the case and I now seriously doubt it at least one Pharma would break rank and aggressively pick up the entire company at sub 40p and they would get sufficient support from pi's. I hope if any of them watch the FUM board they will seize the opportunity. .....is simply the SP has tanked as what J B has previously stated is turning out to be miss truths. So based on this why would anyone invest from this point in as it is quite obvious that his word cannot be trusted. He has in effect cost himself and the company all credibility and not only that but he has lost the faith of investors that have backed him as I have myself! Yes completely misled and some interesting little faux pas in his latest video oops. Was that a fraudian slip. They are not pushing anything else and trying to conserve funds in a big way. He should take a pay cut and will only redeem himself if this does not dilute further before a deal is agreed. Hinted at possible deal mid point before end of 2019 but do not believe him as feel he had Angela in the ear piece saying that the SP is tanking more than expected....lol. Total incompetence to misread a situation and his greed has cost us all and increased risk of alternate market coming to market. First rule get one foot on the ladder and he missed a massive opportunity not getting a partner at a much lower cost that could drive this forward faster. When it reaches 49p. Please enlighten me as to what you think the SP will do next. I guess you are suggesting it will drop back. If that is your suggestion then I have to disagree. As I see this just rising way past 49p:-)) IMO.

I agree with you when you say they are complex talks. It is not a simple contract for fixed service and as you rightly say they evolve and hence why I am very relaxed even if the deal is as late as Dec. However I would think that an RNS re phase three trials plus a re assurance on negotiations would be welcomed by end of August Early September. I still believe that an announcement will be made that will catch many investors on the hop and a big spike will catch many out that have lost faith or believe they can reap rewards elsewhere and get back in. Too risky a strategy for me. Confident that this will multi bag this year and still think some news hopefully within 2 - 4 weeks.

My only investment that will potentially relieve pain and give intense pleasure. Two amazing products in the pipeline. This is certainly no one trick pony.
