If an aggressive or hostile bid were to happen that will be once they have reached a certain percentage. Any savy company doing a licensing deal or TTT will be acquiring sharesup to 3% threshold before they inform the market put I am sure there must be different financial vehicles that can be used to negate 3%. Yes I was thinking why did they not purchase Vernalis as Royalties where set at high single figures % ...... Possibly 7 % if I remember rightly.Highly plausible that 33 million to buy out entire company would have been very astute business after number crunching and much more plausible to a take over bid as at best then no complications with third party royalties. But maybe we will learn more.. The BOD said they were following Vernalis SP. Having said that we haven't the sharpest pencils in the box so no real surprise IMO if we have missed a golden opportunity....I am sure we probably have. Would not want to carry out any action that would increase SP for shareholers here or across the pond as not in their modus operandi.

.....re 1 share trades 65% probably RNS next day 20% RNS released with 7 days and 15% no shows. So on that may be something more a probability than bought. Fingers crossed it is a knockout or positive news on other fronts at worst.

They have plantillo on 360 bopd with increase in flow due after 5 days. That should add maybe 350 bopd to our totals for August in comparison to July all other wells remaining equal. So potential for August figure 5100- 5500... Serious cash cow with the margins that amerisur operate at. Onwards and upwards.
