Does anyone believe group action is14 Jul 2018 01:33
Was set up to gain compensation for those that have lost nearly 28p since the last fund raise at 57 or ,56 p cannot remember as did not take part. Then please let me know as having seen Tescos get done by shareholders due to fancy accounting IMO I believe many would have a case here and therefore a strong probability of getting at least a million and a half back if my figure of 3 million raised from pi's contribution to funding is correct. I did not take part but Foo and co think they are above the law. Would appreciate others view as IMO the company knew before fund raise that eno had not paid for quarter three 2017 so again in my opinion that was why they never released the quartets trading statement as it would have been revealed. Also concerned at over spend and how the oil drilling company is in any way related to Foo. Also the latest figure that has been paid in shares for services or goods has not been clarified. I cannot wait for the accounts to be scrutinised by an independent accountant from the financial services regulatory body for AIM if they indeed even have that power. I hope the current accountants are happy signing them of as I don't think I would want to be open to the questions that will be asked IMO. Further more it would be good to contact the authors of the articles re the corruption or poor business decisions at best however you wish to term it!! Foo knows he is in deep **** IMO and just a matter of time before VOG and in turn GDC is investigated. Glad many have found their balls and well done to those getting the share action group up and hopefully running soon. Have we an update on how many more confirmed shares we need after his last underhanded move to pay a mystery bill by shares. Sorry if I just missed it. He would do well to sell the business at a very good price and reward shareholders sharpish as this inquisition into the above is not going to go away in my opinion. Gla to getting justice on this one.
