Yes should read stated or said by word or in print. Stated will do... My point is if their was punchy numbers would you accept a dilution in 7p if you were in his shoes. Just a yes or no will suffice...my point is IMO and I should feel many other investors there was probably never any punchy numbers. Furthermore negotiations were not at an advanced stage as they wanted to see phase 3 results..so definition of advanced falls short of my interpretation. Do you seriously believe that JB could have burned his fingers any more than what he has taking this course of action. You are forgetting we were paying negotiators but was that a red herring also. Yes you could buy them on the market and at 3% and onward an RNS would make the shareprice rise dramatically especially if GTE or ONGC were the buyers. Your last sentence is more powerful than most realise. I was in the leisure business for almost two decades and did many promotions. Some required certain footfall to be profitable. One year I had to use £1000 pound of company money to guarantee what we had promised customers. Some of the management team wanted to renege on what we had put in print. I said no way we bite the bullet and take the hit which hammered the promotional expense budget but we went on to have one of the most successful clubs in the Northwest. Because we kept our promise and our word. If we had of reneged on that promotion then all further promotions would not have been worth the paper they were printed on. My rather long winded example is that IMO because of what JB has said in the past he will not be trusted should he say whatever great outlooks he envisages going forward. That is how easily your reputation can be tarnished and the current SP level is the proof of this. The issue is that if I was a new investor and looked at events and at what had been said ,to then what actually happened I would not touch this with a barge poll now.

Imo the directors only bought as I should think it was a stipulation placed by Lombard Odier when they agreed to be the main purchaser of shares in the fund raise. Let's be honest JF could have averaged down massively and has chosen not to probably because he is waiting for the bottom and like many will pick these up cheaper than today's price in the next 8 to 12 months. Hayashi if you think JF was mugged off , many pi' s have been done for same amounts and fractionally less. Interesting that no one commentated on the last meeting regards fund raise approval so trust most people did not go for the same reason as myself.

Cannot be that unlucky can we. Big difference these directors have actually invested at 20p so they have as much a reason as anyone to make this SP alot healthier than currently. I believe that the brake will come off in December with several positive rns's.

Good luck here;-). I am confident and whilst I see where eldarado is going and that is obviously why we have started our recent high profile employee. But for eldorado to be putting to say he can see no news in the short term positively effecting the SP is absurd and inaccurate as I expect this to be at least over 15p by mid December and possibly more. Alot of news due and hoping it is formated correctly so as to have maximum impact on the SP rises that we should see.

I think you may need to read all the info re the three different fund raises that took place but certainly not oversubscribed IMO.bearing in mind they were looking for 6 million wait for expenses be revealed for completing the fund raise they have probably paid quarter of a million or more. Also the first patient is enrolled let's see when they actually start receiving medication. Gla

For anyone who does not understand. JB said that on completion of phase 3 those companies showing interest indicated they would pay up to 50% more. And we have diluted the shares by a further 68%. Does anyone realise that the maths does not add up. Elementary mathematics which means we would have been better accepting the offer and then speeding up the process to commercialisation. Seriously and let's see how much % shares LO hold...held to ransom. Farsical at best. IMO 5p will be here as no news till October 2019 for pain relief and December 2019 for med gel. Slow drift downwards unless they change their direction and what they say which won' t be a first. Lol.

The can make a profit if they so choos efrom shorting it and then go long in end of 2019 early 2020. And chesh I think the smarter investor than many of us will look to get on at circa 4p to 5p IMO.

Re RNS. I would keep an eye on LO. I once wanted to transfer shares between accts and they still had to be sold and re bought. Maybe they have to show it as a transfer as they still are under the LO umbrella..Wait and see what their percentage stake is when new shares are admitted and that I presume they could access these shares again in the future with a reverse transfer. Lombard Odier have an unhealthy control over FUM and will have the çlout to buy it for peanuts or short it to oblivion and make money that way. They are not bothered about pi's only making money and I see that as bad news for FUM but the management got us in this position. Have they the quality to get us out of the self dug hole. Having read the article on advfn re 30 interested commercial parties back then, then unfortunately I have as most investors here justification to be concerned looking at today's SP. All the above my opinion and wish that any future would be investors hopefully research this better than I thought I had done.

Lombard Odier have to make some profit before it goes below 7p. Surprised if we do not see another large holdings rns before the 12th and before the admitance of the new shares from latest fund raising. Genuine sadness for how this has been managed. They will right of the losses against any profits from other investments. More MOOB than BOOM at the minute. Dead money till late 2019.

I hope that some who got in at 7p may turn over a profit in late 2019 early 2020. However any pi that thought they could make a quick pound I believe may be disappointed. This is no longer attractively discounted. Happy that I decided not to partake in the fund raise especially like Pattsv has highlighted the news article from some fifteen years ago. A new lesson to me that my research on investments needs to go back to almost the companies inception in future.
