I cannot see a JV etc as they are in a now weaker position than they were last year imo. One has to remember this last test was apparently concluded with much input from the firms that were supposedly interested. FUM will need to fund raise and imo cannot currently negotiate from any position of strength. A pharma announced a similar out come and dropped 50% initially from missing end points and six months on dropped a further 20% so expect similar here. Probably ever so slightly oversold but to be honest not by much in the circumstance.

But as some one pointed out The shorts have fallen dramatically on VRNA over the year although increased a little over October and Nov but nothing like they were earlier in the year. but has coincided with drop from 50 to 40p. Interestingly although not very significant some price forecasts for VRNA still see them multi bagging but lots of analysts are notoriously well out. Looking at immunopharma however, if the next results are significantly statistical then if it did multi bag to £2 or near that mark which would be feasible especially if any form of partnership formed then I would definitely buy in big as would see it being totally derisked and on to a sure winner. But not holding my breath. Would like to meet up next year with some holders before or after agm. Hope you all use your vote wisely. I am already making plans to move abroad if Corbyn gets in.

Half million shares at 44.5 p. Near enough to all time low. Hard to decide whether good or bad news. I would not buy any shares until this gets to £2.50 if it every does then I may dip in my toe as presume it would get to £4+from that point. Good that he has looked after himself at a nice price. They turned down M and P offer of cash and shares 17p as totally undervaluing the firm yet in the time we have been open to the FSP and final offer the money we have generated surely must be equivalent to the extra 2.2p offered at 19.2p so we are effectively getting a worse deal than what Mand P offered at the time. Legally struggle to see how they can sell it at that. Are we certain the cash is going to Geopark or will that be a dividend to the holders as that is worth 4 to 5p surely and do we require clarification on this. As potentially that could give us 24p ish if cash is paid as divi on top of 19.2p. curious?

good luck on that. As per your point re chairman buying I am sure that is due to a clause in his contract to which he is bound to purchase each year. Forgotten what someone once said the criteria was. At these levels and the amount you hold you have no real choice like many a lth. Hope you and your family are well. well one day it might be a winner so I keep an interest having been invested for so long. I think if I sold even my remaining holding it would hit the sp. Bit like the 20k did today. Anyway I keep an interest because I do not contribute to boards where I have no shares. Something I thing many do. I unfortunately say it as it is. Would buy at this price if I had any faith in the BOD. But I am sure even you can appreciate the woeful performance. All only my opinion so if confident then no doubt filling your boots at this level.
