If anyone speaks to IR vice president please get his views re recent shambolic sp performance and please report back to board. First person to contact him and have any meaningful conversation put on this BB will get a couple of pints of lager or ale after AGM. Or for the more sophisticated a glass of wine.

Just look at all the recruitment this company has taken on recently and we still have some employees from CL and MW time on the payroll for what reason I have not a clue. Mystifies me especially with the recent appointment. We have recruited some of the most impressive cv's in their respected fields and if they cannot get results to move the sp on then can anyone? Therefor there are two hopes for enisfenterine it would appear and that is Bob Hope and No hope. It as a dead duck here and across the pond and until we get someone in charge who wants to commercialise this and not just draw a whacky fat salary and that is how it will stay imo until we have a change of mind set, energy, passion and direction. To all long term holders...we wait months and months for trial news and for what. 1p old money almost more tragedies here than in Shakespeare's works. Anyone else feel we are just being strung along? I did say whenever we take on a new recruit it is followed by a non event and I was correct.

if this got to £2 sp as I see that as the derisked number where I would expect to see the investment safe and probably go treble that sp by 2022. I have however seen another investment that looks good for late oct nov. So will give these guys until early October to reach £2 and if not then my investment will be parked elsewhere. HAs anyone tried to contact David the new IR, I have tried with no success....Imo probably rushing around to try and phathom out why all good news re trials falls on deaf ears. In fact having had no institions that have sold for an age we have had one sell a large holding since the new IR vice president joined. That is Verona Pharma all over....it has a higher comedic value than sp imo. Bio hunter try not to even understand this company as it defies all logic except that imo the city sees it as a cash cow for some very well heeled employees and as such gives it short shrift. Only if they refuse to accept any more pay awards or free shares or cheap share options will this company be viewed in any decent light is how I view the short term future. Meaning less results once again as the sp clearly reflects.

If the drug is so good as we know and the share price is so low then there is something that is not liked and that is an issue of concern. I wonder what it is? I have seen this with many a company. As the IR does not reply. He might read the boards and if so can the Vice President please give as much notice for this years agm so that as many investors can plan to attend. An rns will suffice and may even add a penny to the sp. As great trial results do not. If the sp was not so tragically depressed it would be laughable. Still 60% down on the old sp equivalent of when JAK said of the "significant share holder value" if he has no intntions of delivering on this perhaps they could issue an rns retracting that notion and what sp they feel could be attainable at this point in time or by year end.

This company has been talking about draft agreements being written up with interested parties over ten years ago and they still say they are constantly in discussions with different pharmas. Well they want to try a bit harder and I have tried to contact David the new IR guy and no return call or even acknowledgement. So as usual we take on a new Vice president and the communication is as **** poor as it has been for the last 10years. Spectacular own goal by the finance director also. All the above my opinion but they sure struggle to deliver value. I reckon the **** has hit the fan as they would have expected the sp to be well over a pound on the last rns. I have to laugh at the share incompetence imo and they are a laughing stock to all their peers as someone else pointed out on one of the boards.

Great results but then the financial officer says we need £100 to £125 million for phase three which is two months away. Everyone goes **** we have to raise 60 to 85 million as we only have £40 mill in the bank and therefore dilution so they all dump knowing what they believe is potentially coming. Terrific as no further context given or explanation yeah right OMG. Professional stuff eh. Well a partnership may be done which would mean no dilution and to be met by milestone payments that pays for the trial as it goes along or tie it into a national heath operation like the nhs or other. They then get the drug at cost and every other country pays the going price and kerching kerching. We even can use it on hospitalised patients that meet the trial criteria. However if they were looking at raising funds on this going to the £1 or £1.50 mark then they need a plan B and quick as only have mdi and as good as that will be that will now have no effect on the price. Look at the timing of the webcast and also the fact that Nasdaq immediately retreated. As they used to say what a school boy error or howler or dropped a googly. Call it what ever but that is why imo we are back to where we are. DYOR guys.

I am glad that digger questioned the cost originally as I had not given it a second thought but with such a throw away remark and no real explanation or anything to substantiate how they derive at that figure nor how they anticipate raising it I guess people have concluded massive dilution ( which is not necessarily the case) and once again imo they have indeed scored a spectacular own goal and instead of raising funds at £1 or £1.50 they can now raise it at 60p absolutely incredulous and imo that is what has caused the collapse of the sp. Will the CEO or IR newboy issue a statement to clarify. Doubt it and as usual and at their own doing imo one step forward and two steps back. Nothing wrong with the drug in fact it is amazing but it is being poorly managed and another faux pas. When you listen to the web cast you will understand what I mean and that even goes from the initial start. Yeah sure totally unprofessional imo.

Maybe that is the reason for the drop in sp today and perhaps you may wish to phone Verona Pharma and seek clarification and if overstated they may wish to correct it via rns . Perhaps that is what has lead to this sp fall in which once again if possibly the case imo they have scored a massive own goal and not for the first time. The very reason imo why we need a new CEO. Could not organise a **** up in a brewery springs to mind.

piers morgan our finance chief in yesterdays webcast unless I am mistaken was asked the question re cost for phase three and I am fairly positive that the sum required was £120 million. Please feel free to listen to the webcast. I struggled to stay awake. I presume that he is fairly factual or we are indeed totally screwed. Please feel free to correct me.

showing up today from yesterday totalling £120K. Someone is stock piling these shares and very confident buys yet that is followed by the big drop today as they seek to get more shares. MAnipulation at its best but where this is leading I know not unless someone knows a partnership is afoot or that the dpi results will be better than even the mdi.

They will not dilute at this price and would get it much higher. Nothing under £1 and should probably have a base of £2 before any fundraise otherwise the next AGM could get pretty feisty at best. Still feel this is being intentionally held low. The BOD need to act and fast as Nasday dropping below the $7 which is ludicrous on such statistically significant figures. Maybe significant is a word that just puts the clappers on this share. come on BOD wake up and smell the coffee. Izstar digger and all, really feel so diappointed for you all again. No chance of me investing my £75K and this shows the very reason why £2 is the magic number for when I will jump in very big for me as that is the tipping point when I know the share is a safe haven for my investment, But will only give it till the end of this year as this should be the year this re rates massively as we all know.

No dilution required and disagree slightly as the chairman bought a lot of shares when it was walked down and then Jak exercised his options last month also even though that is quarter of a millione over I think 2 or 4 years. I do however agree that JAK needs to buy on the open market. The problem here is that this share is being shorted in the states and hence the lack of traction for the sp in my opinion. No they can reverse this quite easily if they take appropriate measures and actually start to shout about the drug. They should be building on the Daily Mail article and more and shouting these results from the rooftop. Like I say the strength of commitment is lacking for me. We have 22 employees now and I question what each brings to adding value to the product and the sp. IMO it needs a big shake up. They should be pushing the CF side. We have heard nothing this last year regards any headway on the CF front all comms are ludicrously inept imo. People that invested their hard earned into this firm are being let down beyond belief and I have seen no positive change in the way they operate imo. The biggest tragedy is that they know this drug improves the quality of life for someone that has COPD and yet they do not appear to be in any rush to get this commercialised. Personally I would be unable to sleep at night whilst failing these seriously ill people continually. I hope one day they are held to account by someone in higher office than myself. Maybe some investors with COPD could come along to the next AGM and hold them to account for their tardiness imo. I would like to think that would bring it home but I somehow doubt it.

The company cannot take this all the way without massive dilution. However I can say that nebulised format is about 40% of the market for copd so they could hold on to 100% of this market .However in china dpi and mdi are used more prevalently. Any partner they get in for this could speed up the process and prevent dilution for a percentage of the profits but they contribute or pay for the entirety of the funding. They say they are continually chatting to potential partners well they want to start to either press them on a partnership or deal or stop wasting time chatting with them for the last 7 years.

listened to the telephone link yesterday. I am of the conclusion that Jak imo is too understated. There is no difference all monotone and no enthusiasm shines through all very bland and boring aas good as the results were I almost fell asleep listening to the same very very impressive results being discussed. It really is becoming predictable. This new IR bloke has his work cut out. What the need to do is issue some options that are activated once the share price holds at £3. Now that would show the board were confident. Very very sad that what seems an amazing drug is not getting the correct exposure imo and certainly after years of failing sp surely a need for all ii's and pi's to start apply pressure on the BOD to start getting results. I hope they freeze their pay and issue no awards until they earn them. Enough is enough and this should be standing at between £1.50 to £2 after this big trial with impressive results and we all know this. Jak time to show you are committed and put your hand in your pocket and buy shares on the open mkt like the rest of us have done. Not impressed but if this does not get to £2 this year then their is a need for the CEO to be replaced if still showing no increase in sp. Enough is enough. I hope that as many people as possible make it to the AGM to express their dissatisfaction in the strongest possible manner. Jak once again fails to deliver on his words of "significant shareholder value". GLA once again jam tomorrow. However I will add that I hope they surprise us all this year with a very lucrative partnership deal. I mean in that it is beneficial for the sp and not for them personally. As phase three is expensive please can I see an rns that includes a total pay freeze until this is commercialised. That may just help to focus the mind. Jak arrived with a fabulous CV but has failed to deliver and I am sure many investors are as disappointed as I am in the total lack of delivering the sp that enisfenterine deserves. DYOR. Surely a total steel at these prices. I still believe that shares are being accumulated. The sp imo is being purposefully held down. DYOR this could literally explode at any time with further results on hand held device due. Forgotten if it is MDI or DPI. Expect with all the fires burning around the world and pollution in general this will become a very sort after drug. However JAk and the new vice president need to regain some credibility for the company by implementing some of the actions stated above. The lack of proper personnel to increase the media awareness of this drug was raised in person at the AGM with JAK and Chairman some four years ago and they said they would take note but have done sweet FA until this recent appointment imho. This should be over £1.50. and JAk and co need to work out how this will happen and pronto.

it will be neither mega nor massive but it will be a "monster" rns ask the Fuhrer. Fuhrer Fuhrer on the wall can you please tell us will this hit the $59 dollar predictions that a few analysts have suggested within this year re the Nasdaq. Equates to £5.54 in good old pounds. That would be break even for all I believe and profit for some and life changing for a few.

fabulous find. Nasdaq after hours trades up 40% to 8.40 approx. OMG. This is a first for Verona Pharma to release this date in advance so as to get a rise on Nasdaq and dare I say that that will then on the premise that the rns is good send the vrp sp automatically up 40% to84p just to catch up to Nasdaq last trading and then further up to probably £1.20/1.50. This will then go further on Nasdaq opening again. just mysynopsis. But see this press release as a very good signal. I would not be surprised in the least if another rns does not come along within a few days with a partnership for mdi and dpi. Like I say waiting for this to get to £2 so I can " lump it on as they say". GLA Monday could be a late Christmas present. Izstar and Digger01 and the usual suspects and bewise I hope the loyalty starts to be rewarded. Maybe some will get out with some profit end of year or next year as I am still looking for about £4 I think to break even give or take.

My current take for what it is worth is that the nebulised version of enisfenterin they can run with themselves. I would not be surprised if we do not get a partnership deal announced this year for mdi and dpi with monetary awards based on completion stages. So a deal could be announced even in the next rns imo. However may chose to do two separate rns one after the other. Re CF that could be fast tracked I believe to commercial launch due to the diseases uniqueness.... their is a proper wording for it but it escapes me. One of the other investors will know as has been mentioned prior. So the short of it is if they gear up they could commercialise certain applications of enisfenterin by end of this year and certainly by next year. Then it would truly be kerching kerching and then some more. But DYOR as just my current take. Two years ago I said 2020 would be the year and we are about to find out. I must say that value creation is made between 2b trial and phase 3 trials so I would expect a very tidy re-rate of this share. I think it will rise dramatically and then a further steady rise as it dawns on investors how good this is and then it will jump significantly on commercialisation and sales.

who has called this correct once. Now recommending it will go to £2.50 to £3 and to again fill your boots "that is the play". Well potentially possible as only 20% above my prediction for a good rns but the same if they are going to announce any form of partnership. I will personally wait until news is announced and probably invest 50k to 75k when this gets to £2 as believe the investment is rock solid then and unlike Fuhrer I believe once commercialised this will get to £10. Just a case of waiting for the income to roll in and it will be substantial revenue. Will the fuhrer be correct again.
