The MM's will try and keep a hold of this and try not to let this get too far ahead. Why I do not know but expect that someone is still trying to load up at a cheap price. Someone has been loading up for sometime imo but who is it and then if correct presumably to make some significant profit. This is being played to make any rns react in a more explosive manner imo. I am slightly concerned that the latest trial result completed on the 16th of October. So two months to analyse the results....mmmm. However I can say that I have known it to take longer. I feel that they must have some idea of the base line results in November and they must have advertised for the position last year sometime probably around November I would expect. I have to say that on the flip side we appointed two new employees in the states and that was followed by the news that dropped the share due to missed end points but a very short almost set to fail trial. Let us see but expect another rns Thursday or by the 16th January. Still positive but why bring in investor relations when as a company they seem to have given it scant regard for almost 14 years imo. For some bizarre reason I actually see this as a negative rns to potential results due. Maybe he will be fielding " where the hell is the significant shareholder value that all have been told over the years" from let down investors. Do not see this as positive as it maybe should be interpretated, due to past experiences with this company. Not far off but as many of us have stated for so long that 2020 would be the making or breaking of the company. Fingers crossed it is the former.

with regard to our estate of patents we have from what I can recollect is 8 current in USA and 7 covering Europe and UK. We also have patents covering China and Japan I believe and we currently have nearly 50 further patents pending which I presume will cover such subjects as our dpi and mdi formula for enisfenterin and CF preparation. Currently covered until 2035 but pending patents could further increase longevity of protection in my opinion. With 50 patents pending we have some serious work being done in the background and they must be confident of a very successful phase2b result. Interesting times. Does any one know if when you go on a trial that you need to sign confidentiality disclosure forms. This phase 2 covers over 400 patients so is massive, Fingers crossed but looking at the recent trading pattern and slight increase in USA ii's...then I am feeling very confident. Believe the increase the other day might just have been the warm up. I feel it would help if they could give an estimate as to the potential revenue stream that they envisage from all the potential different markets. GLA for the roaring early 2020's

Not a pump and dump as in my view someone is trying to get shares and that 100%increase was to stimulate the trading in shares and it has had the desired effect. Expect when news comes for this to go between just above or just below £1.50. £1 on no news so higher on news imo.

history I would expect the results to be very good and I believe that the recent appointees will make sure that an all singing and dancing rns is released befitting of enisfenterine… fingers crossed.

yes pretty nail on head in presumptions except we still have cf but do not see a necessary drop dependent on how the trial results are worded. I think with the new medical officer and other recent recruits taken on in the USa we will not see the release of a poorly worded rns which imo has happened in the past.

I believe that this has been taken lower so that the mm's can load up. Hoping it is the case and will be watching Nasdaq very closely. Feel it will hold around 55p until rns released. how does that translate to our share price then. It should make no difference as with the exchange rate they are on parity as the difference in price was effectively converted from the off if I remember. Can you remind me when the stock was admitted on to Nasdaq what was the price as I thought it was $16 and ours was ? Was it not One of their shares was equivalent to 8 of ours. My holding has decreased substantially since the Agm when we spoke to the Chairman and Jak and others. Curious as to what you think of the large increase on sp on no news. Cannot say that I have ever known that without an rns trigger. I thought the company had to inform the market as to the reasons for such a large increase or state they know no reason. Feel an rns will come today. Expect it to be could and another possible 75 to 100 % increase would not be at all surprising. Will the rns be announced in the states at the end of day and then we get hit with the increase first thing tomorrow. Could be last chance to get in at the basement if the news is positive. In effect they may not need to raise further funds. They have said they wish to hold on to the nebulizer enisfenterin for COPD and that they will partner the MDi and DPI format. That would come with an upfront payment then probably significant milestone payments and also upon commercialisation. There is also the possibility of further grants from CF foundation. It all means fund raisng may not be required. Jak also said that they are always talking to interested parties. If partnership was to be announced and not without possibility then add to that this end of phase 2b trial would be the inflection point for value realisation. January maybe very promising. I would say that news has leaked in the USA and possible as remember the people on the trial alone would probably even invest in it if legally possible. I would if I had taken a drug that was super effective and life enhancing.

I remember a conversation at the agm with the chairman and Jak and another non executive director and they said that they had had meetings with the Chinese and that they had told them outright that the company had to have small handheld mdi and dpi in order for them to be interested so the market is massive if the tests from phase 2 are any where near good. Who knows what surprise lays in store. If they announce a partnership then this last 100% day rise will be totally eclipsed. Above all else happy for the COPD sufferers if this is commercialised asap. It has so many potential market shares from COPD mild and chronic, Asthma and CF. The beauty of einsfenterine will be when it can be delivered in Three potential formula formats either in nebulizer, Mdi or Dpi. That is a very big market share of which is tens of billions market wise.

potentially if good results then I would expect minimum of £1.50. If a partnership is announced for the further commercialisation and development of mdi and dpi with a larger pharma then £2 - £3 would be my minimum estimate. Once commercialised then I expect this to be £10 plus but that is probably 2021 Ist quarter. I would guestimate that this will be £1.50 to £2, on the next rns. Once this goes over £2 I shall regard this as two year investment from then that should be life changing and probably with big dividends, I shall be investing a substantial amount in vrp shares within my sipp. Wish you all well but I see £2 as the magic number and the point at which this is secured for a long term future. All my opinion but have followed this for ten years and hope you long term holders get your rewards. Anything under a pound at this moment in time does seem reasonable. Could be a total understatement that means VRNA has gone up 100%. That means that VRP should follow suit as should see similar rises and falls. But less stock available in pi hands this side of the water so lets see. Should mean this will fly if rns good. like I say if this hits £2 I have a five figure large sum on hold ready to invest as then it will be a near 99% certainty with really massive gains probably in backend of year and I will feel more comfortable as will in my open at that price be fully de-risked.
