you may wish to look at a company called synairgen. They are no better than Verona imo re their drug yet they are trialling their drug on patients with covid in hospitals and potentially at home. Have a look please as we should have looked at this and should be involved in this and if not in the States or here we have missed a glorious opportunity. I am sure you would agree and the idea of Ensifenterine being linked to Covid trials is not as far fetched as you may believe. Big opportunity to get drug on a FAST TRACK will have been missed. I for one will certainly try to contact members of the board if they have not initiated any opportunities that have arisen from Covid 19 to which our drug could be hugely beneficial and has past many safety and efficacy trials.

Yes for businesses this is a great platform. I have many friends some are in the public sector and seems they are all going to change the way they work going forward, even if and when C19 resolves to the new norm, group conferences will be common place. Thornden when is the next earnings or financial update due. Should give some pretty hefty new sign ups. See this going up to £1.50 eventually this year. But will any of the big boys in telecoms take this out. interesting thought and expect this to continue its blue run.

Yes very valid points. You have been in as long as myself ten years. However we made the mistake to get in ten years ago on the words of CP and MW and a deal was in the offering. It was naivety to purchase back then and I now know being older and wiser that now would be the perfect timing to invest in this share as we are imo on the cusp of seeing a very good ;-) rns. This has been trialled in 850 copd sufferers and we have a drug formula that can be used in 3 devices has a dual action and is non steroidal. It is first in class and it was only ever going to be partnered after trial two results showed clinically significant and meaningful results. Having researched more now than when I made my initial investment in VRP it has become obvious that you rarely get returns and shareholder value until you get to this stage. The investment was huge from the USA adrs 61 million and as David Ebsworth said the army of IP lawyers that looked over the data was immense and the due diligence was significant. This will go to market and different devices will be partnered off. Cannot wait for Thursday. Like I say never has a respiratory drug been more prevalent with global events. People that have had covid are really struggling to breathe afterwards and this drug will possibly been trialled on Covid19 patients....;-) wait and see the good news the next rns brings. My prediction is at least 70p before Thursday and anywhere between £1 and £2 after rns dependent on which news we get as potentially several very good bits of news. I will definitely buy some further share in Loopup as I think due to current climate around the world this should benefit from changes to the way many companies operate going forward and security is paramount. Hopefully this will reach the broker targets set for it. Seems to me a share that will benefit over the coming months and even long term over the years. Their sales force must be very busy making hay while the sun shines.

Digger and Izstar….Great that you are both well and family. Looks like the states have cottoned on to how big this could potentially go. VRNA was up 18% and over $6.01. We were ahead on the 8-1 ADR ratio and exchange conversion. However seems like this will get close to the 70p mark before the announcements on next Thursday. We should be sitting at 60p on the above calculations so expect the price to gap up on Monday open by about 10%. We will have our quarterly financial update and our corporate update. This along with possible partnership or buyout. I am expecting the former ;-) as Verona Pharma have always valued this respiratory drug highly. We may also get news as to whether the dual action could aid in the after care of Covid 19 sufferers that have developed lung damage. Our novel anti inflammatory action could be key. Again Enisfenterine is non steroidal and so that alone is another plus. This drug is in approxiamately it's tenth year of development and has a massive market from Severe copd down to asthma sufferers and those with cystic fibrosis. The drug has been successfully formulated in nebuliser, DPI and MDI, and awaiting 2nd larger trial of MDI. This is excellent that the formula has a great safety profile and has been tested in over 850 copd patients. It was always the case that 2020 would be the year as generally when a drug enters its phase three that is a value creation point and that is what I believe we will see in the upcoming rns this Thursday. If we get just one piece of good news this will easily hit a pound. Then any news on C19 potential will take this to another level. The government said that drugs in trial 2 and 3 were being tried and perhaps:-) ensifenterine was one of them. On all the respiratory trials the quality of life has been improved and the results have been significant and meaningful on all the required measures for copd sufferers alone. Latest calculations suggest their are 30 million alone in just USA and 100 million copd patients in China. Enisfenterine should cut down the number of exacerbations and therefore hospitalisations which are very expensive. The respiratory Market is growing and Ensifenterine has passed all hurdles and I expect that Covid19 has merely highlighted respiratory conditions more now than ever. oooops. Have to say we may well get some information whether ensifenterine is compatible to treat the respiratory issues that may remain from severe covid sufferers and aiding the breathing process. I am however more interested in whether we have started any copd trials in china with our devices as David Ebsworth alluded to trials in China in his Dec interview with proactive dated 2nd dec 2019. The other alternative and the one I think may well be in the update is that we are in talks with potential partners or may even announce a partnership. This is highly possible and potentially why our new CEO has been put in place recently. It is ten years over 850 patients of vary degrees of COPD tested all great results "clinically significant and meaningful results" with patients seeing a huge improvement in quality of life and this was when we were always likely to be partnered or bought out and I believe the former. In the long run that will give us the greatest profits. Last chance to get in before the corporate update. By thusday next week I would expect this to be at least 20% higher. For once VRNA stateside is behind the potential news ;-) and the curve. The two big buys ;-) pretty much tell that we can expect a juicy rns next week.

you may hold a lot of shares and chat on many boards but I sold out of a few companies that I held shares in as they were unsuitable with the prevalence of covid. However, I do not think I was alone in holding a lot of cash and consequently following the drops I have invested in other shares now which I believe have greater potential following the Covic pandemic which has changed many markets as you know. I do have a rule and that is I do not post on a board unless I hold shares...something I wish many other non investors would adopt. But good luck and will follow the share you kindly shared with the board. GLA. they have just come through from yesterday. That is some investment. Will expect this to take off when Nasdaq opens and then for this to go up again. Yes beginning to believe that big RNS may arrive before end of this month or it is people in the know taking up positions or a suitor collecting shares on the cheap. This will be blue in the States and just hoping that new investors come in for the long haul 12 months to 18months for multi bag profits. But Guess many will be happy to take 50-100% profit in the next 6 mths. DYOR. David Ebsworth in his interview said this was seriously undervalued as their was no other drug that this could really be compared with and that was the issue. Well looking at those two buys someone knows just how unique enisfenterine is and is quite rightly very confident in the future of this company. Will we see double digit increase again. I am thinking possible. See what Nasdaq think of those very chunky buys 300000 shares and 350000.

I am like you regards this. However do not hold anywhere near what I did at the peak of my holding. Still a substantial amount that I will hold till commercialisation. I still see this as a share still under the radar. The trials have all been positive especially the quality of life improvement that has ben noted in trials because it is presumably adding the breathing very nicely due to the novel dual mechanism and this is what I believe will in time hugely benefit the survivors of Covid that will potentially not enjoy the same lung capacity as before. Yes I think that this will creep up gradually with the odd tree shakes as not huge amount of shares. I would envisage that Covid19 may have encouraged more Pharmaceuticals looking for a new pipeline or a new novel drug like ensifenterine to either partner or buyout. Whilst I cannot see a buyout due to the high value that the BOD have always placed on ensifenterine I can see a partnership which is my favoured route and believe that this will happen this year. Anyway onwards and upwards. Like I say this will hit £1 ;-) imo and more on news of partnership.... to which point I concur with tired and confused previous post. But all DYOR but as of 2018 their was over 100million COPD sufferers and it is the third largest cause of death. In America COPD sufferers stand at approx. 28.9 million as of February this year and again third largest cause of death. Due to exacerbations and hospitalisations this is an expensive disease to treat. My understanding is that ensifenterine would cut down the amount of exacerbations and need for hospitalisation and improving the quality of life. It has taken us ten years to get to this point and the inflection point should be where we see "value creation" at the end of phase two trials which were pivotal and showed clinically significant results which was the bench mark requirement. Now heading into phase three which is really perhaps just trialling optimum doses so as to measure clinical improvements on a hugely larger scale of COPD sufferers. JAK and David Ebsworth three years ago said that they had held meetings with the Chinese and that they were only interested if they had a formula that could work in MDI or DPI format. Presuming nebulised treatment not their preference back then. The trials over the last two years have proved that MDI and DPI formula's show clinically "significant " responses in patients and improvement in quality of life. No adverse effects and as ensifenterine is non steroidal it has non of the gastro intestinal bad side effects that certain other drugs have on COPD patients. We also have the asthma and cystic fibrosis market and a drug that can be successfully formulated in three formats DPI, MDI and nebulised all with clinically significant results.
The covid issue has bought this drug to the attention of many more investors and I am sure potential Pharmaceutical partners, this seems a very "current" sector of mass potential. DYOR & GL

Good luck and hope you have a good average sp in here. A lot of us long termers still averaging down. But lesson learned as drugs take approx. ten years to get to market in an article I read to late. But we are now in our tenth year so it will be this year or next if it is to be commercialised and with covid I would say end of next year in all honesty. But will be multiples of current price when commercialised. Some will say "if" commercailised… I tend to say it is just a case of when for me. Is it a winner. I have invested in some shares in a hotel group today as they have all fallen of the cliff edge.

Well I have to say that I am happy to invest more in here than in most alternative sectors. It has a leading candidate in the respiratory field and that is currently a huge market and it may have possible advantageous effects for post covid 19 sufferers. I know of two survivors who have both been told that it will take 8 mths to a year to recover fully and unsure if the lung capacity and its ability to return to pre covid 19 levels will ever fully happen. This means that it may have a whole new group of potential users that would benefit from the novel dual action especially the anti inflammatory action if any of my research into covid 19 has anything to go on. I would appreciate the board to perhaps release a statement to say as to whether they saw the novel action of ensifenterine of being a welcome drug for post covid sufferers. I actually would like us to start testing the drug on covid survivors to see how much significance the drug could actually help. We have a drug on the cusp of phase 3 trials and it has been tested on over 800 people with differing degrees of respiratory disease. The safety profile is very good and has non of the steroidal side effects of other drugs. I would be disappointed if they did not move to add a covid trial when the next speak with the FDA. Assuming that it is not already being used in hospital trials already. As we know that some drugs in phase two and three trials were being used in the UK and ensifenterine may well have been one of the drugs;-). So I look forward to news release on this front as it will give the share an almighty bolster just like NCYT. As regards other shares I would perhaps look for any gold shares as normally a safe haven in times of trouble. Also the companys that give benefits with 100 or 1000 shareholding etc whilst they are affordable. Any tips like you say are welcome and sorry I have no other comments. I may be lambasted for this from certain quarters . But I still see this getting to a £1 in the next 6 mths and a 150% increase from this level seems currently very attractive imo. But DYOR. I have to say that I predict a partnership being announced this year as it was only ever going to happen after phase 2 trials where completed and entering into the phase 3trials. Much will depend imo on the response that we have from the meetings with the FDA and the length and cost that we can then accurately calculate along with any potential suitor. Great opportunity to get in at nearly record low price. I see some of the agm actions on any future fund raising as fairly positive. I actually believe as an investment this is a much better opportunity now than it was ten years ago and I am quietly confident ;-) as we are about ten percent shy of the Nasdaq VRNA price going on the appropriate conversion 8 to 1 and exchange rate.
