Yes that is the sort of rise I thought we would see. Well we are now with 8:1 ratio and exchange rate we are light by about 3p here equates to about 9%. So may see another small rise tomorrow. Would not be overly surprised to see another rns before month is out.

if Wedbush or any other analyst/broker changes their target for VRP/VRNA. You would expect after an endorsement from the FDA to start final phase three trials that they would up their target prices accordingly. Markets taking a little hit at present but with the new norm starting we should surely see a resumption in the upward trend as world economies show green shoots of progress once again. Still believe that the BOD and President or CEO etc etc should be looking at an ensifenterine and before/aftercare for covid connection. Does not mean it is not happening in the background but I expect not as no publicity but then that seems a dirty word to this company.

But as I speak sp on google finance live is showing Down 7.10% like I say this share is a total law unto itself following another great rns. Nothing short of mind boggling when it comes to this share. Will wait to see what VRNA does. The pulic relations and media department is still appalling imo. lse sp shows are totally out as per when you compare to real trade attempts on buys and sell also.

FVR is more than just your favourite. ;-). I would not bet against wyld being involved in the covid apptrack and trace and if it was not I am sure they will be looking at it. Would not believe all in the press however re track and trace. Announcement soon I am sure and it is no longer priced into tern sp as a factor so anything positive and this will sky rocket. I have noticed that the sp is suppressed ever morning and then fights back for a rally on most afternoons. I still think we have a big buyer in the background. I feel this is very much a 2018 scenario and the price will suddenly spike northwards and continue with a steady rise thereafter. 3 weeks max but will accumulate some more in early June.

20% or more on this sort of news and then drop back over the weeks but with potential further rns due this may hold and keep a steady rise. I have to say those Americans on the board the vice president and Ceo etc etc could instill confidence in the company by all investing some of their salaries. That would probably do more for the sp in the USA and here as it would show a sign that those involved have confidence in Ensifenterine and it would ENHANCE the Sp no pun intended. David Ebsworth is the only director to have put his money where his mouth is. You would think they were astute enough to invest in their own capabilities or they are all saving it for the next funding round or is it a partnership and then they will buy in. They need to at these levels invest if they have any business sense.

For sure that could be the cherry on the icing in terns portfolio but their are at least two other applications that could be evn greater money spinners here and a techy mate of mine having now been introduced to this share and done some research things we own 25% in a potential goldmine. So very much confident and happy to hold here. HE says if anywhere near real value is realised then this sp should be at least 30p even with the suppressed market currently. He has bought in and says he owes me a few pints for pointing this stock out. Good news could come from multiple areas...…. and out of the blue;-))

Just been given the kiss of life. Interesting to see how USA and market here views this. Should be favourable but VRP and VRNA are total enigmas. Maybe there maybe life in the old dog yet.

Thought we would get it at the end of june 2020. So for once ahead of schedule. Enhance. You can see why they have called it that as they expect to enhance the quality of life more than anything else I reckon. I expect VRP will be bought out for between 60p to mid 70's. A partnership could be possible or alternative non dilutive deal for percentage of royalties and that should send this up to 70's sp. I have to say however the flip side is that term sheets are already in place and just require signing and hence why the 4% share bonus to Dr Zac was so generous as the documents are awaiting signature and rns to follow. Remember if any deal was in the background it would have been on the outcome of the FDA report so do not be surprised to see another rns follow in days or weeks. The fact FDA has backed a phase three is extremely relevant and important and I do not expect to see any problems from the clinical trials of the drug. They may need to quarantine some of the trial patients but chances are most are probably in quarantine anyhow. Presuming they have a ready made list of people that have already been trialled unless they need to use new subjects. great if anyone can clarify that who has a pharmaceutical background. Izstar cannot remember if your good lady had a medical background or maybe getting confused. Anyway a very good rns and if it stays blue it will be a first. Lets see by 4.30 pm how the sp looks. did they have this prior to 4% being awarded in shares in which case I expect one or two good rns to follow. Hopefully please for those that hold many shares unlike myself that this for once is not another false dawn. The SP does not lie and nor the wages these past employees have taken for making no progress nor adding an ounce of value to the sp. They cannot even bother to tell the market the reasoning behind moving the offices to north Carolina. This company has been milked into oblivion. As much as it would shaft my few shares I would but for others heavily invested like izstar and buddy hell and the fuhrer I would love to see the main institutions sell down their share holdings as well as the investors in ADR's. IMO it would be great as they could crash the share price and see how it they like it as the board has done nothing but shaft investors imo and now it would be great to shaft them. The only thing that would **** me off from my own perspective is if this every paid shareholders handsomely as I have reduced massively. However more chance of seeing a flying pig (sorry if the board are not au fait with the terminology) IMO none of the previous incumbents have been up to the job and I seriously beginning to doubt the capabilities of this new bunch already. Can they not invest what little money we have left at Verona in buying a PPE manufacturer and then we can make some serious money or at least try and turn a profit. Once again imo we will be shunned by the markets who have sussed it out. Pity we all did not cotton on to this much earlier even the secretary did and she has not been to the offices for yonks or needs re training. I shall opt for the former. As it is not difficult to answer a phone after all. They cannot even inform the market as to why a company that has been portraying to have a first in class respiratory drug cannot trial the drug for pre care or after care for Covid 19 sufferers. Do we recruit from the Big Top. This is just a big fat cash cow to these people imo. Well at least we shall have no more CEO's and other high flyers in two years time because the money will have run out and these guys will be long gone. Sadly for many a massive financial lesson. But at least no other investors will see their saving obliterated as some including my self have seen over the years. Fortunately I have clawed back nearly the majority of my losses through very hard work. All new investors DYOR as many thought they had been thorough only to be mislead IMO by "significant shareholder value" statement and actually purchased more.

I believe this is one of the most interesting propositions that I have seen in a while. Very current and very marketable products going forward and even more so with C19 prevalence. Lots to like any single piece of good news could from one of many that they own a share in would see this go up 100% from current level inmo. But do you own research. I however have to agree that these businesses in this current climate could show exponential growth which will show in turn and translate through to tern sp.

Have just sold another holding to get some more in here. Cannot input any further funding here unless one off my other holdings goes up double digits. Next input will be early june with funds from wages. Completely concur with your sentiment and surprised more investors have not cottoned on to exactly what tern is and what it does. With the changing world we seem to be very well placed indeed.

looking at Wyld very happy to hear of up coming value. Yes imo not long to go for a rip snorting rns .Happy to be holding here and 15 to 20p probable. But with all companies under the tern umbrella growing and with highly innovative tech then might just do another top up. This week should another rns.

suggest you listen to the 2020 earnings conference call and you will nod off in no time imo. Do not even think I have got to the Q and A session at all. I think it is the monotone that imo does it for me. No proper questions asked like why was the admin expenses so high in comparison to previous year. Why does no one answer the London contact number... in which case why bother issuing it on the rns. are they aware that the receptionist is not carrying out the basic duties. Does that mean that the tea and biscuit person has also bunked off. has anyone actually frequent the London offices or were they all working remotely several years before covid19 ever appeared on the scene? Not one intellectual person even asked why the company which has a first in class respiratory drug had not looked at the prospect of using ensifenterine for covid pre admission of aftercare. How will they raise funds any one of all of the above or several of the above. Could the MDi phase 2B not start sooner..well yes it could but then do not really need it to continue phase 3. Well then why not imo save some money and ditch the trial and save what precious capital we have for phase 3. David Ebsworth must be looking forward to the dilution. Can they give us an update on what role certain members of the boards play because it seems to me that some are indeed duplicating. Why does someone not ask what value they put on ensifenterine as obviously has scared of any would be partners/buyers. Why do they not take a partner that can speed up the process to commercialization and take a bigger hit as in the long run we may get to commercialization quicker, do not know if anyone has told them that the patents only run for if I am correct another fifteen years. They maybe defunct by the time they get it marketed. Also why get expensive patents approved if commercialization comes after the patents expire. Why have they not stated the reason they have moved offices and put more meat on the bone. Try and get some positive press from it unless it is because the new CEO just lives in the neighbourhood in which case I get it. Why has such an opportunity as a major respiratory disease not helped the sp of a respiratory company, We would have done better if we produced PPE. Anyone would think Verona was an O and G explorer company not an R and D company that had a first in class respiratory drug. Is it any wonder that the sp does not rise. If this gets commercialised I reckon it would go up and stillimo manage to collapse the next day as it has done recently. It is hard to keep a straight face when discussing this share as I just want to laugh as it has been like a Comedy of Errors that knows no bounds and continues to be a total enigma imo. GLA we need that in spades. And keep safe and healthy for the next ten years and you may see it commercialise as it goes at a gravy train pace. That's a bit quicker than a snails pace. Expect this to keep on a blue bullish trend and the fundamentals seem sound. Zak Mir seems to have given them a nice short term target of 5p in the next 2 to 4 weeks. Not impossible ans agree with those that see this as a two year hold for top teen to twenties sp. To be honest it really does not seem impossible when people actually figure out the relevance of todays rns. Two blue days and I should be enjoying some lovely chilled silky smooth refreshment soon. ;-) . yes have to say not the greatest account name but has not trashed anything yet in fairness. Not in deep either. only represents less than 6% of my portfolios and at a smidge under 9p average seems very reasonable imo and for the risk vs reward element. I have done lots of research and have been a constant thorn in the side of my techy friends for the last 6 weeks... but hey what are friends for but to get advice and info and have great times. Does not leave much to the imagination really and for those that can see through the smoke and mirrors it seems that Wyld and in turn tern have a very good future not to mention the fingers tern has in all other tech firms. So pleased that I was pointed towards this company. I have to say a lot of the tech they are involved in looks like it could see exponential growth. Floyd magic.
