7th November and just to add some perspective as I have stated previously, Some people have a concern over the lack of sp movement. I have no concerns as the sp only moved on the M and P offer. So I only expect any movement when the next t/o offer is put to the shareholders. They are pretty tight re any leaks as the oxy deal also showed. Obviously an rns could come any day and not a huge subscriber to the one share theory as have seen it happen as much as not happen. Lets be honest any investor with more money than sense could transact the deal.:-) and I am sure they do. Anyway my philosophy is that each day that passes brings us to a fabulous outcome and reward for all the patience over the years.

is the rules not just to ensure confirmation of cash and that it is proof required that such a sum as is required is readily available through which ever mechanism, I still do not see this affecting that their could also be share element within the offer. Sorry if I have crossed wires but do not see where it states that there cannot be a share element along with a very sizeable cash element. My gut instinct however feels it will be all cash. As enough potential buyers that would only need to get the chump change out.

I do not see where it says cash only in the piece you posted..my interpretation is that any buyer must be able to satisfy the company and comply to the regulations that prove you have the funds. So to me cash and shares still possible. However in the last rns I think it stated along the lines that they had several well funded parties that were interested...if memory serves me well.

imo I believe that this will be concluded by 20th December as we all now that everything shuts down with Christmas parties by then. So expect the offer for Full sale to be put to shareholders no later than the &th of November. By my gut feel says it will be put to shareholder by end of October and voted on by early November. Money in bank by Christmas. That is my predicted timeline. And nothing has changed between 30p-50p price range. Why is sp not creeping up well did not for m and p offer until announced and this will be no different if I am reading this correctly. Nobody who has taken place in the FSP and perused sensitive material will be able to purchase shares is my understanding until a certain time period has elapsed. hence why no real gradual increase in sp. Firstly. Well done Boris. Undecided now whether I want the silly lib dems and labour to back the deal as if they do not we shall go with no deal. United Kingdom can take this in its stride and prosper. But with the currency fluctuation may be better for amerisur t/o that we have a no deal. Selfish I know. Lets be honest if deal not backed. Boris will ask for the hilary benn extension which I am fairly confident at least one country will veto this. ( presume france ) and then we leave in an orderly fashion with a few bumps along the way. Have to say if anyone is undecided look for the Brexit debt most recent held at Oxford university. Just wave good bye as we leave. Yes have faith that we can do deals if smaller countries can broker trade deals. Have faith in our multi cultural and very dynamic R and D and technological businesses. We have a huge banking service and service industry. Let us try to level out the prosperity in this country and have belief. Lastly our grandparents and parents fought to wars so that we have a democratic society. I hope amongst all else that this country does not loss it's democracy or standing in the world by seeking a second referendum. My claim is not really great as I would rather have friends that did not suffer ED. Anyway some people laugh at others misfortune cannot say I am like that. Slightly confused that you are looking for lab tests and peer reviewed papers and tests and trials when you have posted as have others saying that is the down side as it is not so called regulated in that it has no test etc etc. and may not even be natural products, All slightly confusing to ask for something that you know by your own admission does not happen. However for reviews suggest you just google reviews for activator pro testo. However evn to apply your logic to my friends then those reviews in themselves are anecdotal so cannot see what you are trying to do/ Presume you may have just forgotten your previous posts. To clear up the "Activaor pro testo " drug that came from a friend who has been on it and of which I only found out last week hence my e-mail. Anyway my friend knows a lot of people that area getting a whole new sex life from these pills so my point was seeing as most people I know will use pills that are 100% natural before using medication then yes my reason for saying I think FUM have missed the boat. The reason is that I do not believe that FUM will do any more than the reaction he gets from APT which is a healthy boner.
