The share price remains 40% down on the 5p old money that it was when JAK said significant increase in shareholder value. Really!!!! I was going to say don't take the telephone receptionist but the phone is never answered anyway so I hope she goes on the Jolly to New York as she probably works as hard as anyone at the office. No doubt travel in business class and stay in 5 star hotel. Stay a few extra days and make a holiday of it well a continuation at the very least. May as well live on the hog. After all you are doing such great work and the returns have been nothing short of amazing. Yes amazingly awful but it is what it is at the moment. They are used to ringing bells as they have been yanking our legs for what seems like ages, no pun intended........you know the other one with the bells on it. You cannot cock up ringing a bell like destroying the sp. AIMHO. We might get some more media coverage nearer the time which will be great as seem devoid of creating much interest otherwise. That is a normal feeling for you with this share any hunch as to content or possible reaction in sp that you may expect. More meat on the bones would not go amiss. I think if you call it every so often at some stage you may be correct after all we are due a new recruit for the board sometime soon just to prove that we are still operating IMHO.

It nearly constitutes 85-90 % of my sipp which contains all my monies from all pensions bar one firm. You must obviously appreciate that this is down over �150K hence across sipps isas etc etc. Thats why I need �3 to get out on evens. Hence my reluctance to leave as you can appreciate but I am now going into other shares to try and recoup. These monies cover a lifetime of savings and pensions etc etc. some will remain approx. 75K worth in case a miracle occurs. Unfortunately I am not extremely wealthy but have worked bloody hard almost all my life and was hoping to really enjoy retirement in 5 years time. Hence why my stance has changed here as I cannot just sit till 2020 which it is looking ever the more likely for the pot of gold or bust. I am not bluffing just trying to make some extra money like we all are. Just to prove I am not a wealthy man I shall let you buy me a drink at the next AGM. Sold some in vog the other day waiting for retrace. But also buying into other oily in South America. Going to try and get in and out of shares with 15% profit or more depending on out looks and time scales rebuild the capital lost on VRP.

Yesterday sells is about one 30th of my current holding so lots more to sell however I will still retain 40-50% of my current holding in case any miracle happens........... would be just my luck. So I will still see you at next years AGM. Not going to miss that unless medically incapable of attending. Of which touch wood that will not be the case.

Another 3500 shares at 138p circa at 415. Sadly like many others I am continuing a slow protraction from this share and will buy back in cheaper in 2019. I cannot see my money just not working and sit buy for another 18 months. The company can afford to do it I certainly will not. Sorry to LTH but they do not deserve our investments. All above IMHO. unfortunately it is apathy fuelled by an inept CEO and BOD IMHO based on staements made in the past. Sadly the decisions and lack of pharma interest and sp back this up currently. Surely we are due a new member to be added to the BOD so that we can pretend that the drug and ambitions appear promising with a future whilst in reality I am beginning to wonder. Verona still have no one who can answer a phone or take queries probably due to many calls no being of a positive nature I should imagine. I wonder if they work one or two days a week or what they actually do/ Maybe they are just busy perusing the pharma jobs section whilst sipping coffee, looking for the next move planning for 2 years time when the last of the money has gone and everyone realises that the drug never had the capacity to be commercialised. Then I suppose they will have used their time wisely after all. AIMHO. It does appear that they are winning the battle to bore Pi's to death so ensuring that fewer Pi's hold shares. Nasdaq has failed spectacularly if it was used for the intention of getting further coverage and greater pharma interest across the pond for the "FIRST IN CLASS" drug. But a huge success if you just wanted to raise money that you could no longer get from any backers in the uk that could pay all your salaries for the next two years whilst carrying out a few more non conclusive clinical trials. After all it appears we are no further forward to a partner or commercialisation than we were under CP and MW. Infact I can see why the sp has stagnated and contracted. No doubt they will be busy discussing under what angle they can contrive to justify and issue themselves with a nice bonus for the next financial year. Well a retreating sp has never stopped them before or maybe it is based on the cups of coffee they can consume in a day. It is certainly is not based on increasing the value of the company. Well to all new investors do your research thoroughly AIMHO. Cannot wait till 2020 when this will be either 5p or £3. And at this moment in time you may as well toss a coin. Again after ten years at £3 I will have wiped my face with this share which at this moment in time I would see as a positive outcome as laughable as that seems. To the long term holders I wish that we had of had less loyalty years ago to this company and that we did not take what they said at their word then many of us would not even be here now. I think if I sold them all I would probably take the sp down another 10 plus pence if could sell all at once and at a price. I will be looking at reinvesting all money that I take out over the rest of this year to re-invest mid to late 2019 as that will be the earliest that this will move and reckon the sp will be circa �1 imho.

This share is down approx. by 2p from when Jak came in if working in old money, And for all the collective brains he has assembled working in new money equates to being a �1 down. Pretty fcking hopeless quite frankly. What I have learnt is work in cold hard assets and remember what CEO's and others may say is not worth the paper it is written on as we are all learning to our cost with this share. You could be forgiven if you wanted to heckle them at any of the seminar speeches that they make. I now realise why Kathleen Abbot Banner probably left this company and it is all making sense now as she probably could see whether it had any value as she was at the forefront analysing results. Would you leave a company that was going to be on the cusp of copd or asthma or cf breakthrough drug. Answer is no, so then you ask why? Or maybe she had a sound work ethic and wanted to actually do something for what she got paid. All above IMHO and I reckon that the CEO and BOD must split there sides laughing at us mugs that have spent our hard earned buying shares on the assumption that they were talking some semblance of sense. Oh well live and learn. And buddyhell I concur that they probably do not give a stuff and I question that they ever wanted to even commercialise this drug. No it is a cash cow for them to milk daily. Moneybags no pharmas are ever going tp break rank and certainly no take over. The board already stated that no one has come anywhere near what they think the drug is valued at.so i would say thatit will be down to vrp commercialising rpl555 or bust and i think this will get milked by ceo and board then the inevitable imho. The big pharmas could have picked up half the company for under 80 million so lets be clear that that would have been a bargain if this drug is supposed to be first in class that leads me to believe it is mot as good as it is cracked up to be . Sold a few more today and im vested in vog Will sell vog at 80p and buy in just before mid 2019 when expect this to be well down on sp from current price.nothing before 2020 imho.

Firstly when I say working longer hours than I should it means I work normal hours 40 plus but expected to cut down as I near retirement age. But cannot due to this share not realising its "significant shareholder value" as has been often repeated. Secondly it depends on your definition of ages, I have only been off loading on two occasions that I have mentioned which has been several months since the listing on Nasdaq and consequential failure to give the share the lift in sp that was anticipated by the board from increased media coverage and general exposure. It does not seem for ages as you know my major holding stays till the turning of the last card which looks like it may well be a joker. I have sold and when I realise the funds which I re invested in vog at 40p then I will indeed re buy when this drifts to £1 on no news but has not got their yet but it will IMHO. Thirdly had not been to the pub or totally ratted surprisingly seeing as I hold so many still of this share I really probably should get wasted every night. Bogs what have you noticed to have a strong buy opinion. Enlighten me as to how this share has moved forward from the 5p point when significant shareholder value was raised by Jak. that is £2.50 new money.
