( not going to happen, but hope like hell it might) and if we go it alone to commercialisation, However the dilution involved will get us money back at best and not until 2020 earliest. Yes Thelix. You make valid points. However it was always known by myself that in the early days kings college was where a lot of the research happened if I remember correctly (it was such a long time ago). To me It would be better to have all our own facilities but at what cost initial cost. We merely have theoretically IP which is worth something and hopefully patents that cover it. The only main reason I have stayed in this is because it is a case of money back or bust ( or slowly pull out over time which I have started to do) Really a case of how the rest of my portfolio does and to gradually lower the percentage that I hold of this. The only other point is that this is very commercial drug from a pricing point. Otherwise quite rightly there are some downsides with the company, There seemed more than seven Sat around the table at the last AGM so that figure is outdated but I guess we just need the people in place to market and commercialise the drug. I like you have a school of thought that when we take on a commercial director then do we do that because that is our intention or is it just posturing so that it looks like that is the plan and keeps shareholders upbeat.. Like you say seems about a year or two too early to have a commercial director on board. I agree that the dilution has come at a great cost to all shareholders especially LTH's. However they obviously want to go it alone or we need even better results in order to secure a partnership which as they said at the last AGM ...no pharma could even come close to an offer that matched the global offering. That is a massive negative that a company with "a first in class drug" could not get a medium to large pharma to pay in effect peanuts £68million to have a half share in the company. So much that this company does is contradictory it is quite confusing and hence quite rightly no surprise the SP retreats. Does anyone on this board know of anyone that has taken part in any of the trials. Do we still have an office in Wales?? If so why have we still got it. I would rather have one office were they could actually have a manned telephone. Why have we changed Nomad again.?? Why did KAB leave?? Why is Claire Poll back with the company as at the AGM?? Are we still in discussions with partners or not?? Are we doing nebulisers or mdi and dpi?? No wonder investors are steering clear. It appears a lot of our issues as I see it are self inflicted through lack of transparency which is a worry as fairly elementary to get right unless you do not want to for one reason or another?? fair play to Thelix if he feels their is something that we have potentially overlooked that is important. An income stream I feel is not as that can be covered in multiple ways for financing. Bewise, not very generous in spirit towards Thelix, I look forward to his next post more than I look forward to the same constant diatribe that comes from the company IMHO. Nothing they have yet to say has come to fruition and I will not list them as it is an embarrassment to the Company that they are continually wide of the mark. All I know is that for phase 3 and commercialisation of drug they must prove drug efficacy. Apart from that I am kinda lost and I have read the link closely a couple of times and cannot see what you are alluding to. So thanks for the reply but it looks like I will have to wait to the end of play today. Is there any reason why it can only be stated at the end of play today. Is that to stop a stampede of sells. what is the particular bit of info out there...if it is out therein the general domain then you may share it on here and we can make a further assessment of our investments. Glad you can still afford to go on holiday. I am having to sell shares so I can pay for up coming holiday. Must be an RNS within the fortnight. We really just need somebody who has less pharma background and employ someone that may know something about share prices and how to move the sp in a northwards trajectory. You know UP instead of DOWN. Share price consultant / guru is now required with urgency. AIMHO

Lets see if the Nasdaq listing follows suit. Hardly surprising that the SP plummets as they have not even got any staff to answer calls. Only an Answer machine, that's pretty rich. Maybe she is taking notes at the meeting. really should be releasing an rns as to "we know no reason for the share price movement" so they probably do............. yipes. like I said this share moves one of two ways after we change Nom ad and no surprise in a big movement.Just amazed that it is another big DROP in SP. Oh well once we hit £1 what bonus awards will the CEO and BOD give themselves. I think that JAK made a mistake when he said there will be "significant shareholder value he meant "significant shareholder disaster" easy mistake to make. Keep up the good work guys. Sold some of my shares today and placing them into another share. May buy back in but still carry enough here so probably not unless huge turnaround. Some pi said they would pull out and looks like that is happening. Jak and Co were told at AGM but believe that pi's would just accept anything. Wrong again, but at least consistent imho.

this share has put most investors into a coma and investors have become numbed by the jam tomorrow rhetoric. I think most are resigned to bust or money back at best. 2020 we continue to get grey whilst the company is milked good and proper. IMHO what a complete shambles the last 2 years have been, one step forward and three steps back. It is a slow and painful death for us with this share.

My hope is that this nominated advisor may come out with a sensible price to quote the stock going forward instead of the usual "corporate reiteration" . Having said that some of the Nasdaq coverage firms have gone £2.50 or more and that whilst it is possible is no good if not achieved within the 6 mths to a year of being published. Still amazed that we have supposedly some of the best people in this COPD field, the best in commercialising a drug and supposedly "a first in class drug" that I thing may be a gross exaggeration like"significant share holder value" has indeed turned out to be fairly false. So whilst I would like to think some positive news may be released I think that their will be none what so ever until 2020 that will have any bearing on the price and then I expect that the best this SP will get to after being milked by the CEO and BOD and on commercialisation after them doing at least one more fund raise will be £3. My only hope is that a bigger pharma comes in for us so that we get £3 sooner. GLA as we all bloody need it with this one. I would like to say that this SP should be higher but I feel are expectations are based on what this BOD and previously CP and MW have stated which going on results would appear to have been widely of the mark............unfortunately so I have lowered my expectation to maybe eventually getting my money back at best. All above is IMHO but Unless a partnership or buyout nothing will raise this SP and like many we have a minimum 2 more likely 3 year wait to get our money back. I used to tell friends with COPD about this drug and the possibilities. I certainly do not bother whatsoever now as I see it as nothing more than mediocre, which is probably what all the big pharmas see it as and hence why not a jot of interest. I certainly take anything that is said by Verona Pharma with a huge grain of salt. As nothing they have yet to project has come to fruition and with each passing year looking less and less likely IMHO. No option but to wait this out till money back or bust. Normally a prelude to another RNS within the month. Normally when raising more funds, but cannot see that at this moment in time as fully financed for a year or two. Have never known a company to go through so many advisors, we have had times when the change of nominated advisor has led to either a big drop or rise in sp soon after. All IMHO.

Fairly obvious that JAK and the BOD's are just continuing to give us significant shareholder value as they have done previously.(Drop the SP as quick as is possible) IMHO. Or I should think that maybe they are due to purchase more shares but more probable that they are just ensuring that they can get the market cap as low as possible as quick as possible and they are doing a good job, only 17 p and they will have dropped the value of the company by one third since joining Nasdaq. A rather quiet incredible feat as they thought it would help increase the market cap by joining Nasdaq. Another miscalculation IMHO but can join all the other fck ups

Yes indeed I will be there at the AGM probably with placards or printed t shirts to make a subtle point or two. Did it the polite way this year and was very reasonable. They do not seemed to have addressed any of the concerns that were raised. Next AGM I may not be so generous by giving them the benefit of the doubt as I did this year. GLA. I hope that the response is much better for 2018 AGM. We really need to try and put pressure on the board and for them to start to earn their pay. Do they just wait for the incoming results of trials and the progress reports of mdi and dpi development. Yet they cannot tell us the company that they have employed yet they have regards company organising worldwide recruitment. The transparency of this company has a lot to be desired. IMHO.

7 years is long term and most drug commercialisations take about 10 years and we are 7 to eight years in so that is kind of long term. What non of us took into account was that the statements made by several people high up on the board both past and present has turned out to be completely *******s IMHO. Lets see how long before the ii's start to sell.

Having read the yearly accts it is in their that you will find that DE and JAK have to purchase a sum of shares equivalent to a percentage of their salary. So it has to be done and I certainly see it as nothing more than to carry out part of their contract so to speak. To my knowledge nothing has changed so I cannot use it as a barometer to the state of the company or it's future well being or other wise. SP still languishing lower than they ever envisaged after joining Nasdaq. That's why they keep employing so called clever people. How do you solve a problem like RPL554 because non of our lot have the know how IMHO. They may as well try and get a deal with a compny that offers us £2 per share which no pharma has ever seen fit to as yet and then let some professional people develop the drug to commercialisation and hopefully benefit some people suffering COPD before the next decade passes us by IMHO. Buddyhell your money is safe and secure then and I do not get a brewery. No JV, no milestones, no partnership, and no takeover ever ever ever for all the reasons previously stated and then no going it alone as will have run out of money and the ii's will have finally sussed what many PI's sussed lately IMHO and that is that we have for all our supposed talent a very ineffective board and CEO that in 4 years has added no value to the company. History does not lie and the figures speak volumes on all levels. Nothing till 2020, don't even hold your breath till then as this company under current leadership has not the capacity to commercialise this,no pun intended. Bewise our bet is that no one goes 50% or more with us on this. Or if you want to try and cover every base by saying go it alone then you need too have commercialisation by 2019 and thanks in advance for the four pints. May need to get some kind of interest like an extra 2 pints,due to payment in 2020. Very happy and makes it a nice round half dozen pints.
