What it is cracked up to be then either a Pharma should buy out Vernalis and our selves orwe should do another find raise and try to do a reverse buyout of Vernalis as it's market value is currently less than the cash it holds almost. Can anyone at Verona do the maths? Not rocket science really.

For those unsure of the Vernalis patents mol42 post dated the 15 /5/17 on iii vrp gives a fairly concise summary which includes a �5 million payment on commercialisation due and also low to mid single percentage royalty payments on sales. Worth a look for any newbies and also a reminder to why we are probably where we are currently. C'est la vie.

At the AGM I asked the question that surely we could have got better value from a partnership or sell off than the Global offering of half the company for �69.9million And they said that no company had come anywhere close. So that is fairly alarming .But it is fairly obvious that successive boards have valued rpl554 at several multiples of what other pharmas opinion is. I do feel that the Vernalis royalties and payments play a large part of why no deal has yet been done and why we are still with no partner or takeover which will not change till 2020 IMHO. I do however feel we will be diluted to any worthwhile SP and may get back to �2.50 if commercialised after even further dilution to come before 2020.No significant shareholder value then it would appear. How far up the garden path are we? Does it not make anyone wonder why members of the board have bought at much larger prices than current SP yet we have no one buying at present and

It is the 11k sells that are battering the SP. You would like to think that the board would issue a statement saying they know no reason for the decline but once again the silence is deafening IMHO. Perhaps a leak, or perhaps the BOD are due acheap top up soon.SP certainly does not install MKT confidence but as a posterpointed out we are okay because of the VS buys on Nasdaq of nearly 250k lol. Oh well he will be starting to feel shafted like most of us with a negative SP. Nothing like Significant shareholder value suckered like the rest of us by the positive trials that continually devalue the company. Or has their jolly to NY been the final straw for dis illusioned pi's waiting for the first ii to sell then I reckon we will be folding our hands at the card table. 2 p oldmoneycoming closer but have been as low as 1penny old money,....so they can still take this lower. Significant shareholder value quoted by jak when this was 5p or �2.50 new money. Still selling and have a few more to get to my target.

Well you cannot have mine unless you drive the SP higher which will be a foregone conclusion before this month is out imho

What is happening nothing hence the share price drop.IMHO the share price is reflective of some pi's selling as feel insufficient tangible progress being made in the time and current SP is appalling however much you try to sugar coat it. The only saving grace is that the ii's have not sold as of yet but bet they are also asking the same question.What is happening? Probably not as polite as that.

I think there are others that are thinking exactly as we do but do not vocalise it as much. You do not get the parallel of a spiraling SP with resuscitation required so I am sorry if you missed the comparison. No offense intended and have a defib at our park and work so I don't understand your beef. Don't know which end of the stick you have.But possoble even the wrong stick. You want to read my past posts and realise that I want rpl554 to work more than most as have lost many friends and family through cf and Copd.So maybe you are not so clever IMHO. Do a bit of research and try buying more shares to help the SP rise.Many thanks in advance

I am now more ac�urate than Bboy for predicting time of RNS and just need to work on quantities and content.but maybe director buys RNS to follow.The market have been impressed by the rns's today. I will have to start buying Kleenex tissues in bulk at this rate. Gla!! All great for Rodders IMHO.

Should open over 30p+o� Monday..last time deal was muted with RB at �134m so 3 to es current. Market cap so approx 90 pence.Fingers cro�sed but reckon that dealof sorts or venture capital buyout all possible. Could be a very good Christmas bonus for investors here.Gla.

They require shares so they have the opt in on to try a tree shake or increase the bid price and we wait.My position is they will not be getting any and I will increase holding as funds become available.

Potential deal or partnership or royalties and stage payments or venture capital buyout the options are numerous and varied but all good for the SP and massive income generation will be game changer here for the SP..

News is due and those wanting to take large positions will have to start upping the SP. They will not be getting mine.I may top slice at 55p. Steady as she goes. Happy with 5 + % every other day or every da?y till the spike!!
