Juan, sorry for late response , was very busy yesterday. I don't recall getting any acknowledgment, but this was probably due to the bod being very busy at the time, you could send an email and ask if they received it, and ask for copies of their recent correspondence, as there are some important things going on. GLA.

Good luck, better than nothing, at least we now have a chance with the new board in place.

Mine are still showing in my ISA account, and I've not had any word from HL as yet, mentioning transfer from the ISA to trading account. Footnote on account says "this stock does not currently have a stock market listing"

AIM Campaign Update and BBC Programme Review Dear **** Firstly thanks to all those who registered an interest in our campaign to improve the AIM market and signed the petition. This note gives you a report on recent events and our activity on this campaign. 1. You may be aware there was a programme on BBC Radio 4 on the 27th September which highlighted many of the problems faced by investors in AIM companies. It covered some specific examples but of course there are many more that have come to light over the years. ShareSoc Director David Stredder spoke on the programme and other directors gave the BBC a lot of additional information that was used in the programme. The day before the programme went out we had a meeting with Marcus Stuttard (the Head of AIM at the LSE) and two of his colleagues. This was a second meeting as the first one was curtailed due to travel problems in London. It was a constructive meeting although we did not have time to cover in detail the suggestions we have made about how to improve AIM (see this note to remind you: http://www.sharesoc.org/Improving-the-AIM-Market.pdf ). We have asked Marcus to respond to that document. 3. We did of course express the concerns we have seen expressed by our Members on some AIM companies. But we did say that we did not wish to discourage investment in AIM companies in any way. Investors can accept business risk as they do when they invest in main market companies. But in the case of some AIM companies there are other issues that frequently turn their investments into dust where it could not have been anticipated from the disclosures made. The problem of Chinese companies covered in the BBC documentary is just one example. 4. Marcus Stuttard did argue that the regulatory and legal framework within which AIM sits is similar to that for main market companies: across both markets, where issues arise that are not covered by market rules, statutory regulators and bodies such as the FCA, SFO and the FRC have powers of investigation and enforcement. Importantly, the level of disclosure on AIM both at admission and on an on-going basis is equivalent to the Main Market and it is important that investors take account of the information available to them to identify the comparative risk of companies across the market. He pointed out that steps taken in recent years have improved the quality of AIM companies enormously. The reduced number of AIM listed companies is evidence of a move to higher quality as the weaker ones have departed. We asked him to spell out what changes have been made so we can communicate those to you. That is all for the present but we will keep you informed on progress on this campaign. What can be done to protect shareholder's interests on AIM? Subject of File on 4 on BBC Radio 4 this evening at 8 pm. Sable got a big mention.

Until we delist, your shares are still in your ISA, once they delist your ISA provider will transfer them to another account outside your ISA, or provide a share certificate. When another of my shares delisted I had to set up another share account (min deposit of £1), or pay £25 for the share certificate. I suppose once its outside your ISA all the usual tax rules apply.

Crazy, TEA delisted, but their forum is still operating on LSE, over there they forced an EGM and voted the board out, but I suspect it's too late for that here.

Now that Teathers is unlisted it is unclear whether or not brokers will process votes for the AGM. To guarantee you can vote in the AGM, which we will announce the date of shortly, you need your shares in certificated form so you can register your vote directly with the company registrar. We will provide full details of this when we announce the AGM. If you have sent copies of your ID and shareholding already to this email list, please still follow the instructions above. We need all responses in one place to make managing the process easier. Didn't Apple and Avro have a wager some time back? If my memory serves me right the loser of the bet was to stay off the bb until September/October. Unfortunately Apple lost I think.
