Copied from prospectus, so how would CGH be privately owned? Just asking.

Does this mean we’re getting 5p per share for our old Sable shares. Or am I getting this wrong?

The thrust of my post was:

Obtaining all our supposed quality assets for b****r all...!!!

..... I can almost feel it .... Messiupio, Strangle, sucking & f$&Bourne plotting to vote against the EMH resolution & then to slimeball in a buyout offer at 15p per share .... not as f they haven't got form!!! LoL :-)

Since consolidation the sp has fallen to a disgraceful level.

In the currant climate, it’s no wonder they didn’t go for marmalade, they’re not sure which side their breads buttered.

Here’s a copy of an email I sent to the bod on 11/3/20, needless to say I didn’t get a reply:

Isn’t it about time you showed your shareholders some respect, and updated them as to what is happening to their company?

The performance of this share has been ABYSMAL, and since the consolidation, which was supposed to kick start the share higher, what has happened,? It’s fallen some 60%.

Since my original investment some five years ago, I am down 96%, in your own company blurb, you mention your “expertise in finding and investing in companies to bring shareholder value”

Well I’ve got to say, you ain’t brought me, or my family members any value whatsoever, you have ALL been a miserable failure, and should hang you heads in shame.

But, I suppose you will carry on drawing your fabulous salaries, whilst we mugs, carry on worrying about our losses.

I don’t know the email address for our ceo, or I would have sent this directly to him, but I don’t expect any response. You don’t believe in shareholder participation/ involvement/value.

Anyway back to C ....mmmmm ...... our sp doesn’t seem to be worth a carrot, and we were all hoping for it to be worth several carats.
