Looking on my saved websites, I found this link, it’s not the original one, because there’s no longer any information of their assets or projects. But there is a “subscription box, for shareholder information” whether they will respond, I don’t know, though I won’t be holding my breath. Hope the link works, and doesn’t get removed by LSE.

Similar situation for me MJFMSG, been here since 2015, and after a little average down last week need 80p to break even. It’s been a long old road.

After JPM replied last time, I emailed them regarding their response, it’s taken them weeks to come up with the response below:

May I suggest (take a bit of time and patience) , but if you scroll back on here, to the pre 2016 pages (time of suspension), you’ll find there are links of press reports, and court cases etc.

Hi Steve,

How very disappointing, you are unable/unwilling to assist in my enquiries.

As I mentioned in my email, I didn’t expect or ask for “insider” knowledge, but surely at least confirmation of your holding isn’t too much to ask!

I’m not sure as to who you mean, when you say, “raise a complaint with your provider”. My holding is with Hargreaves’s Lansdown, but as far as I am aware, aren’t a “significant holder” as your company is.

Surely common justice, should be a cornerstone of any respectable company!

Locked in by the lousy weather yesterday, I did a little more searching, and the largest shareholder on the list, Abingdon Investments, registered in the BVI, seems to have been “dissolved”, (but not 100% sure).

I also sent enquiries, (same format as JPM) to:

Audley Capital.

US Global

RAB Capital

MB, the paragraph below, gives me heart, that they will eventually respond. JPM's holding cost wise, would be peanuts to them, and was probably under their radar since delisting. So Im hoping my enquiry has jolted them to investigate.

"The relevant department are still looking into your enquiry and will provide a response when one is available. We apologise for the amount of time this is taking and for any inconvenience this has caused you."

Most certainly will, the tone of their reply gives me a little confidence that they will respond, at some time.

I get a feeling that they’re such a big outfit, that they may not have noticed what’s been going on, ie the disposal of assets, and now it’s been pointed out, they are looking into it..

Just a gut feeling, I hope I’m right…..!!!

At least one of them is also registered in BVI, so another suspicious connection.

I have an enquiry out to JP Morgan, who have more or less “promised “ to respond when they have done their enquiries.

I’m just an old gezzer trying to sort out my affairs, so the kids don’t have to.

Thanks for the info E_B, but even if there’s any contact details in there, I doubt Groves would bother to respond to any enquires.

See also the last RNS issued by Sable, promising to “keep shareholders updated”.

Not a peep, since.

Delisting took place after a period of suspension, due to accusations of bribery and corruption.
