One can certainly not argue, who the rampers are! They having nailed their colours to the mast today. Another observation in the main, you can only buy a share if someone has sold.

It could of course be logical that even if we strike oil, we would not have sufficient funds to develop/ progress further, having found it is when the real costs come into play.
