18:26 actually it was around that time that the Austin Motor Co . Longbridge Birmingham, Development Dept. Had a car engine running on water, my thoughts the H² had been removed from the H²O else to me it did not make any realistic sense. Needless to say it was never left the development department a major oil company purchased the technology, that's a polite way of putting it.
Now back to hydrogen fuel the Alaskan State are considering building an 800 mile gas pipeline to the coast to future boost their economy. Realising that Alaska sits on massive natural gas deposited. Which they wish to convert into liquid hydrogen, either at a facility on the coast for easy transport to the world's markets.
Alternative they are considering building production facility in the Prudoe Bay area and transporting out using ice breaker tankers as the Russians do.
Or building processing plants at the well head, pipelining to the highway and road tanking it out.
Hasn't DJW already alluded to the last option, and have we not found a large gas deposit, which at this point in time is of no use to man nor beast as they say, due to costs involved.
