My grandson was told the obvious he could do it himself, but that would/ could be very much more expensive, by having to pay both buy and sell costs, and you would be running the gauntlet of having to pay the full spread.
Obviously the spread cost works in both directions, and you could end up winning, but personally l wouldn't hold my breath.

If you intend to hold onto your shares, then bed and ISA is the logical thing to do especially considering the possible upside we are all hoping for. HL who well advertised their low cost facility for doing this, but for whatever reason have discontinued this service for clients due to covid19. ???????

DJW did give the reasoning behind offering the farm to PMO. A tier 1 company would not offered a 60/40 deal, also they could have just added it to there portfolio and sat on it for several years before drilling an hole in the ground.

Obviously problem. All MM's for the best price, but they obviously did do that for you today or me a couple of days ago.

I find it strange that once again HL were offering a price, much higher than trades doing through at that time. I have found this on many occasions, indeed I have questioned this as they publish that they poll allMM's
