All said, I believe that someone sitting on 39 million shares having spent much of his (extortionate) salary on his holding would not be processing forwards with his eyes wide shut. Sometimes cannot resist a little dig.

I fully understand your post, but If X number of shareholder holding X number of shares raised this question then he would need to reflect on shareholders concerns, I'll nail my colours to the mast, and state that at this point in time I would not cast a vote for the following, but shareholders have the power to change their CEO. Is this not more easily achieveable with a company 88.9% owned by PI's. Perhaps I'm daydreaming.

Brombard perhaps someone with understandable standing and commitment to this BB should send an email on behalf of shareholders (X number of shareholder holding X number of shares) to DJW reference concerns being raised on the companies finances.
