Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
I'm in two minds on the share buyback. My average is 24.6p, so a buyback at 24p will generate a small loss, but I could then use the money (around £10,000) elsewhere. On the other hand, holding on might result in an increasing SP in the future (one can but hope!). I've held since before the Samsung litigation became a live issue and I still believe in the underlying technology. Anyone else struggling with this decision? At the risk of inviting all sorts of opprobium, I would welcome the thoughts of others.
A possible bidding war, then? Yes, please!
Wow ... 11p just paid and volume over 2.1m, more than 6 times the daily averageover the last 3 months and that's after only 90 minutes trading.
Don't forget the results due on 27 March. There may be some news then
Watched this over the weekend. Another positive story and the promise of RNSs soon. However at over an hour every 2 weeks, they seeem like a lot of effort by the company and the stagnant SP makes me wonder if it is really worthwhile.
I remain a believer in the company but am getting frustrated at the the lack of SP progress.
Did anyone else watch? Any thoughts?
Significant volume today. 5 times last 3 months daily average and the afternoon has only just begun.
SP in positive territory (just) now, 94.8p paid and good volume; already more than the 3 month daily average.
Thank you. I hope to have time to watch the recording at the weekend (assuming it's available by then.
Pleased I added (at 14.6p) a couple of weeks ago, but was nervous when the SP continued to drift down for a couple of days before the recent recovery. Still under water overall though!
Did anyone watch yesterday's webinar? Any thoughts? I assume it will be available on the website in due course
Thompi please don't take my name in vain
I'm another one who topped up at 128p. Thought the fall then was overdone. Down over 40% seems ridiculous!
If the three big trades were all buys (given the price it looks like they probably were) and were all for the same buyer, presumably we can expect a TR1 shortly. They represent over 5% of the issued shares.
Update due in next week or so. Was 24 January last year and 11 January in 2022. Slightly surprised to see SP drifting down when news is imminent.
Sorry to keep on about volume, but now over 3m shares traded; that's over 4 times the usual daily average. Difficult to know if they are institutional buys, but some have been sizeable.
Volume now almost 2.5 times the 3 month daily average. Not just looking up; something's up (I hope)!
Good rise this morning on decent volume - over 50% more than the average daily volume over the last 3 months.
Looking good. 11.8p just paid
Bankruptcy ... I won't tell you how I got my nickname, but I can see how you might have got yours! Well done for getting back in with only a small loss. Hope the new year's trading goes better from now.
Absurd, irrational, bizarre SP action this week. On Monday we closed at 10.95p and today closed at 9.55p a fall of almost 13% on the back of further "exceptional drill results". What on earth is going on?
Who is Tim Leslie?
