If a FTSE 250 company loses 10% in a session they get a call from the exchange asking if there is any news that is unreleased. They can force them to RNS.

Normally when your share price tanks without justifications (broker ratings please) the BoD releases a ' dunno what could be doing this' .

They need to scrap the Russia deal now and maybe re-engage when the markets are better or they have reduced debt.

I think by not having a call with the results yesterday indicated the BoD were on holiday.

My guessing is that in less than an hour an RNS will be released stating that Uri from Uzbekistan has just bought $20m at 495. You read it here first.

1) They undercut someone for the Russian deal are have p155ed them off.
2) Someone is about to put a bid in and wants the price down.

No real reason for this to drop now.
