TP - Not at all. I have £5k in IMM having made £50k from the drop and bounce in April.

At the moment, there is so much fake news floating around from folks who are clearly trapped at far higher levels than I (22p) then it's almost impossible who to believe. I'm comfortable with only £5 as this forms one of my 2nd Tier portfolios.

I agree that one day an RNS could drop that could put this at £2 in a matter of hours. But there is nothing from the company in recent months that could constitute that happening.

The only option to them really getting something out of this is selling the company and installing themselves as directors on the board of the purchaser.

In short , if there is information 'out there' enough to be floating around on email then I would suggest we'd be seeing a pretty frantic level of large buys at the moment.

People with information are not known for their financial probity, especially on AIM.

Buy £25k worth and push the price back to where he bought in and he'll let you know the contents of the mystery email.

LS - I totally agree. It would be a way of combining in best and selling off the flagging assets. It would also go quite a way to burying some of GLEN's repetitional issues with the rebranding.

I do think though that there is something in the pipeline. Put simply, they need to sell this thing and allow a bigger company to run with it.

Rast - Not sure anyone could have 'advised' that the share price would drop 30%.

Also, with the Donald and President Xi continuing their rethoric, this thing could still drop quite a bit more based on the copper price, as you indicated (remember investments can go up as well as down).

£15k buy is hardly a 'sign', when you see tens of thousands chugging into this stock then I think it's worth looking at.

Seems the biggest copper mine in the world is about to shut down for the summer.

Stockraiser - You can look at this 2 ways (as usual)

1) They have just enough to service the stationary budget and their handsome salaries, going through the motions in the hope something happens.

2) They are activiely positioning themselves to be taken over and a conditional offer would include full funding with the realisation they have probably taken it as far as they can as they simply cannot engage in another cash raise, especially with the SP where it is at.

It's all down to the belief of bidders that there is something there.

Some interesting comment over on the AD FVN board. Quite a few there are a little cynical about the motivations of the board, with the term 'cash cow' being bandied about quite a bit. It's pretty common on AIM but I would suggest that a board who believes they have a 'once in a lifetime' (for them) opportunity to make a few million would be working hard to seal the deal now and get a conditional 'pre-retesting' offer on the table.

Just worth pointing out , when Copper was the price it is today , last year, GLEN was 311. So it's kind of inline.

My feeling is that the DoJ probably just got us to the point we would have probably got to anyway, just quicker. We have been around this point now for a few weeks.

I'd suggest that anyone waiting for news go check out the pattern of reporting via the london stock exchange RNS page. Hardly sparkling over July / August.

K3VMC - I'm invested (not a huge amount but enough) here and I'm not trading it either but I find the continual slip on the SP indicative of the confidence that seems to have left this stock.

As I've stated previously, the management could be allowing it to slip to create the impression of a bargain to any prospective buyer, should a bid go in at the 60p-£1 level. It seems odd that the management aren't out there in the media trying to rally and provide interest. Something is going on.

19p is the lowest this stock has been in it's history. Just to think it hit 192p in the last year.

Schools have broken up now, so I would suspect the Immu team are on holiday.

Don't expect an update on anything until at least September. Apart from TVRs and regulatory statements these guys can often go months without a proper progress update.
