These guys could be looking at some sort of board removal. Don't know but the you only have to look at how much the SP has dropped in the last few months to make you realise that there could be investors trapped over 50/100/150p .

and that's a lot of angry people trying to get news that the company are not providing.

Mitch - I agree. I think the judge would rather this lapses now than having to make the decision and create a political mess for himself.

Not until 2020 and they have an allowance in accounts for it already. They are only 10% in that mess so hopefully that gets whittled down further. Just another classic O&G legacy issue.

Perhaps the exchanges didn't feel it warranted another suspension. But unlikely.

I know they have had 'issues' previously with announcing a suspension but trading continuing anyway. So it's a bit of a Cluster-F all around. In the past we have had info though around 11.30.

I've checked the site and there is not hearing scheduled for today and there is nothing in the book for the next 3 weeks.

Although I'm mindful that it's an Indian website.

I've contacted Joe S. a few times and we've spoken (at length)and he's normally very prompt in getting back to me.

In the last week, I've sent him a couple of innocuous requests and he hasn't responded.

My guessing is that they have been incredibly busy.
