At the end of the day, say what you want, you only issue and EoD if you can prove someone owes you money. OEX can and GSPC's defence is weak at best, leaving them to try and trip things up on technicalities.

Joe Salomon and his team I think have pulled this around admirably and I think we owe it them a little time to land this.

Lupuzor is far from dead and a well organised MAP could quickly see interests, both market and bid picket up very rapidly.

Jonah - The whole point of clinical tests is to see what works where. I agree that perhaps the phase could have been under more stringent control but apart from advertising for 20 vestal virgins with lupus, it's almost impossible to get a consistent sample set.

The Euro/Mauritian result is significant as it points to particular markers and should allow a MAP to accept those that are pre-designated. The effectiveness of a drug on certain groups does not make it an uncommercial prospect, especially if that drug is proved effective in one of the most lucrative markets. Obviously identifying the US markers and 'fine tuning' would make this into a blockbuster as the US market is the golden egg for Big Pharma.

Brokers are deliberately putting this through the 'meat grinder' to try and demoralise holders.

Saxon - I wish they would emphasise more the very positive effect of Lupuzor on the European test group (probably one of the biggest markets). Unfortunately the results were presented as a blended average across all groups which distorted the positive outcomes of some groups. They really need to press this home in the news in future.
