The judge has had plenty of chances to kick OEX's claim into touch but hasn't.

Politically he also has to show that he has given GSPC a decent bite of the cherry also but either way I think OEX will get a good result shortly on this.

Rozario - This waan't GSPC. It was the court running out of time.

If this was a political delay they would have pushed it out until end of October. But the court does have to justify why and the adjournment can only happen so many times.

The fact they have pulled the next date so close, I think is very hopeful.

Had the judge thought it was a slam-dunk '5 minute' decision hearing then he would have fit it in.

These sells look like the same people who got in yesterday hoping for a quick 700%.

Regardless of the outcome, their objective is just to get the drill bit moving again as soon as they can. They know the value of what is under Cambay and have clearly learned from past drilling mistakes.

Anything that achieves this will get the price moving quickly north. Obviously, there are varying degrees of corporate success here such as 100% of the license and a good farm-in partner. But, even at worst a compromise agreement that get's this field out of mothballs and working again is a good one.

That was the bit of the RNS that got my attention to be honest. It's something that this company needs. Better IR and a more proactive market strategy. It also feels like they are shaping up for bids in the near to mid future too.

Also, the one thing that excited me about the presentation released last week, was the line on slide 9 about how the baker's assessment had highlight the 'mistakes that were made in previous drills and how these could be remedied'

This indicates to me that Joe and his team have their eyes wide open and know how they will go about the next drilling programme, way more than the last team.
