The FT get their data from the mandatory daily (could be weekly) submission to the LSE and FCA.

I could kind of understand if the NOMAD dropped IMM but this is just a normal takeover process for NL.

As NoMark wisely put it, there would have been some very strong meetings over the last couple of months and the BoD have clearly satisfied the large institutions and large private holders with what is coming. Think for a moment how far down they are and the strength of reassurance and evidence they have been provided?

It's always a good sign when the Judge has a PayPal link of his court profile.

The judgment could be very technical and will need some analysis and careful interpretation. Keep in mind the judgement will also be in Gujarati and needs to be translated into some meaningful result.

OEX have played this one the right way.

They have a RNS section. Most of the news is on there.

As for bright shiny new 'Company' or 'Operational' news, there obviously hasn't been anything for quite a while.

One of the biggest issues investors have, at the moment, is that there is no timeline to invest into.

Once the start of MAP is announced then it should , yet again, set the clock ticking and light the fuse of anticipation.

Very easy to sit back with no news out there and negatively poke people discussing the stock but at least some of them are contacting the company and putting the research time in then updating on here.

Agree with Wolf on this one. You can't RNS on verbal acknowledgement alone, also the judgement might be more complex than just the 50/50 slam-dunk that people maybe expecting and might need some impact analysis.

You only have to look at type of trades 'ALGO' to work put what is going on here. It's been held in the 11-12p range by this algorithm for weeks. OK, so the price has been hit but you'd be an idiot to short this now as news is clearly imminent.

As NoMark has stated (who has actually been in touch with the company and not just pontificating!) . News on a number of fronts is due this week.

Bit of a fools gambit trying to trade this.

It might be another day or so but should be worth it.

I have a journalist in India who is keeping half and ear out with their sources.

Not sure but OEX had to take cash in order to show GSPC and their lawyers that they were not about to run out of money anytime soon and that was not a legal gambit they could pursue.

That said it's got on long enough now. Always a little uneasy when placement holders sell up so close to a decision point but can understand.

Lots of buys being deliberately posted as sells again.
