It's worth pointing out the history of GSPC. It was founded by Modi , the current Indian Prime Minister.

Why is this relevant? Well India has general elections next year in April and should Modi lose then sure as hell GSPC will be forced into administration by the current opposition who have made no secret of the fact they think it is technically bankrupt and the central bank (SBI) should not be using public money to bail out (which rules them out for a loan).

Also, you have to ask, who will lend GSPC this money if there is a potential of never getting it back from next April 2019?

With a proven 1.4 TCF at a conservative 60p per TCF on the SP and 45% of a conservatively valued $200m asset.

This stock's stats speak for themselves.

Phoned the fraud MM action line this morning having monitored the manipulation here for over the last 4 weeks.

They said they have 4 other reports and are escalating this. Wouldn't give me anymore information than that.

I'd guess that the majority have not done any research on this company and/or understand O&G and haven't a clue about the mind-blowing potential of this thing. It has 'best performing AIM stock of 2019' written all over it.

This should be 0.55 on it's way to 1p by now and the MMs know that we know it. This is the MM meat grinder effort trying to separate the short and mid term holders from their shares and whilst idiots keep selling them, they will hold us here.

If you sell out now then you haven't done the research and don't know the company therefore don't deserve the rich that will be forthcoming in the next few months.

I personally don't respect Align's opinion or valuation. They also seem to missing some very key driving facets out of their valuations and I think they are miles off. There is not sense of potential valuation. 1.4 TCF (which has been proved up now) is certainly worth a lot more than 1.6p, the asset alone to sell tomorrow is worth more than 1p now it has been legally defined conservatively as $200m.

They invest too, so are driven by an price ethos which is not market facing and based on their own risk assessment. So, I'm taking there opinion as no more worth that any longer term, discerning poster on here to be honest.

I'm looking forward to the day we get some professional coverage and a better broker. Which I don't think is far off.

The arbitration is obviously conditional, so it's one step as a time. They might obviously announce concurrently.

It's worth pointing out that this is a week tomorrow. GSPC have had , technically, since last Thursday (when they were told) to start to sort money out. This isn't hollywood or bollywood for that matter. It's not like they will leave it to the last minute to burst through the court room doors with the money in their hands.

The longer this goes on with no acknowledgement of payment the more likely GSPC will fold on the court order.

paul - It's not about the $3m it about the ongoing support of the JA for which they will have to find considerably more than that. The ruling stated that failure to support the JA would put the advantage quickly into OEX's hand. GSPC have a real financial headache here as they have already stated publicly they do not want to invest into Cambay any further.

As for JT87 and Nexiser - Sorry guys totally BS. Arbitration off the back of a court ruling would only last a maximum of 3 months.

Folks. Let's gets serious. If they start to unlock the research this company will be sold. End of. Probably for 25-35p.

This could be next year if the drilling programme moves quickly.

If OEX gets the 100% of Cambay the asset value alone puts them at 8p (conservatively) and/or they hit good gas here early next year then this thing will rocket.

My belief is an NDA 'major' about to announce , either before of after the MAP RNS die shortly, that they have taken a reportable stake. Why?

Easy, it closes the door to any other major. There involvement will take their stake at around the 10-12p range likely to the 50p-£1 on the buzz created around their involvement. They can then continually increase or decrease through the MAP period and eventually take control of the company at 51% should things work out.

A theory, yes, but backed up by the behaviour of the stock and the unexplained status of the director buying and the NDAs. Also the timing of the MAP and extended P3 testing period.
