OK. So this is how it stands

GSPC have to pay $7.5m before entering arbitration. If they don't by a certain date Cambay goes to OEX. Keeping in mind GSPC are skint but do have facilities.

The are allowed to pay unto 90% to proceed but, due to the way the system works, that will be cashable by OEX.

It's a win / win but a scaled win/win.

RNS is due Monday.

This is the reason the FTSE has become a joke now. Just over manipulated stocks and no consistency. And this is a stock that has buyback support.

The market has a downer on this at the moment and the BoD are hardly going out of their way to restore investor confidence. Yesterday was unfortunate and not their fault but they do have to come good on starting the MAP process. This will begin to attract bigger institutional investment back as it sets the clock ticking on next year.

Getting a lot of buzz on the private chat systems now.

The order lapses on Monday regardless of the court delays unless the have stated otherwise.

I find the timings a little unnerving, just all a bit too co-incidental.

spudulika - GSPC have already been offered arbitration but stated that they would not honour the final outcome, therefore that was taken off the table by the judge quite early on.

Could be wrong but I don't think GSPC are listed, so they can do what they want.

PC - The entry criteria for a MAP should be very much focussed on those with the correct markers to ensure better consistent results.

I do think that the minute they set the clock ticking with their MAP announcement then much of the previous investment which left will slowly begin to come back get the price up.

PC - Anything less than 20p is taking the pizz. to be honest.
