Align will probably bring out a reworked valuation in the next 24/48 hours. But I would be very surprised if Joe and team will rock the boat further until the 15th as they are, in a way, still under the legal gaze of the court.

I've no issue with the price where it is. Personally I think it's worth many magnitudes north of where we are when you look at it in relation to other similar stock on AIM (cough Echo cough). These guys actually have something and they have been told exactly how to drill for it.

One thing with OEX. Truth will out. Nothing that is said on these boards makes a jot of difference and anyone who makes trading strategies on the basis of a strangers opinion will not have their money for long.

Big difference chap is that the reserve has not only been qualified in the last 2 years but Schlumbo and Bakers but the court put a conservative value of $200m on the licence.

Run the numbers.

Tony - In GSPC's eyes that this would be throwing good money (if they had it) after bad.

They have already stated publicly they don't want to spend anymore money on Cambay and want to concentrate on their offshore assets.

It's not about the just $3m . If you've read the court judgement. GSPC have to keep paying (like they should have been) doing, otherwise OEX can quickly apply and have them kicked off the reservation. This will be an expensive ongoing commitment for GSPC beyond the initial payment. This is what they have to consider.

Note also, that GSPC stated that the reason why they would reject arbitration as they would not respect the outcome. This was the last resort for the judge, who had to show political balance too, knowing GSPC is unlikely to honour any proactive components of the judgement. Looking good.

No big player would have read the court judgement. They would have left it until this morning and now they are walking out of their respective corner offices and giving the thumbs up to the trade desks.

The closer we move to the 15th without GSPC paying the more this will go up.

Mate, if they get this and a farm-in partner, we could be back to 10-14p and that's before drilling starts.

They are sat on a $200m dollar asset. They own licence of 45% of that. Current MCAP is peanuts.

If you haven't been a complete lazy idiot and just been the usual 10% jockey who only follows the minute by minute price, you'll realise what the very real potential is here.

Most of the more seasoned posters here have been through this and researched the situation in full and this is easily one of the best stocks on AIM. The next 10 days could be very very interesting and once the bigger players have taken a position (after the idiot fruit flies have move on) then we'll start to see this push north very very quickly.

Do yourself a favour and if you haven't, go and read the court judgement. OEX win nearly every point.

Leas - Correct, remember IMM own 17% of a company who is going IPO in January. That this at least quadruple (at least) bringing in additional funds.

Anyone who tries to make out Immupharma's cash position is precarious is preying on ignorance and taking you for a mug to further their own gain. I'll mention no names.

Lots of 'new people' on here quick with a negative take. Been here before with these types of stocks. They are pushed down deliberately, many 'agents' on chat boards from brokers and 'teams' talking negative to put the frighteners on already nervous investors.

Just look at the fact. Cash for 3-4 years. MAP announcement due and inherent time line. So loads here.
