I actually think there will be more news Monday (or even the Sunday papers) that will have this up to 8p by COB Monday.

Spring, that all well and good rejecting the deal but ultimately the BoD have acknowledged the new market worth of the company. i.e 1p.

If the management only think it's worth that then whoever comes back with a better bid (say 10p) will have an easy sell. I'd say this is the opening gambit (play your weakest card first). The guy who put in £750k late Friday clearly knows there are other bids in the offing which we may get to know about early next week.

Immupharma are just arrogant. Tim is clearly using the the cash raised by IMM to feather his nest elsewhere, keep us all hanging on until that is full set up.

Mark my words, the minute that Incanthera deal is signed he'll resign and move on (which I believe he has done even now , i all but announcement) and the whole Lupuzor thing will just evaporate. THIS IS WHY WE NEED AND INVESTOR CALL.

Saxon, I've been emailing the company for months, like many others I know, receiving only the same cut and paste vague responses from their part-time IR department (if you're lucky). It sends out a clear message. We were told in Late Sept/October that the MAP was just weeks away. So I can't really be accused of lobbing insult from afar here. I've really tried.

So basically they are transferring this 1p shares into a new debt free entity that has a JV with Virgin Atlantic.

It will be an instant re-rate to around 20p.

Now you can see why an ex-employee bought £750k. I would imagine also that he phoned his contacts within the company as to what is going on and knows a damn sight more than we do.

The shares are effectively transferred (you'll be given the option) to the new company.

It's almost a label change.

Flybe and it's debts will be floated out to see and scrapped. With those who chose to transfer holding the same amount shares in a Virgin backed regional airline.

Finally, there is a slew of media planned for Sunday BTW.

DF - I've spoken to an analyst today and broker and they read this exactly how you have explained it. Pity folks don't know how to read but find it easier to attack the messenger. This is just corporate action stuff.

In short I'm loading up on Monday as the new company and listing will rise very very quickly as it will be without debt and have the largest european network backed by virgin.

It's got 50p plus written all over it.

Glencore are huge in the region and coal. They are seriously cashed up at the moment too, so would not be surprised if they put in a bid to be honest.

Bees - GCM is the fly in the ointment for the 2 main parties, which makes me think they'll be paid off to make things simple.

£4.35 is more realistic.

It's time that Immupharma announced an investor call to explain themselves. Pure and simple.

He only did that so he could get paid mate and keep the cash party going.

I don't think they would have gone into liquidation but you have to now ask why Tim splashed out our money on Incanthera, a company that has him plastered all over their website and he benefits from, but it currently failing to hit very generous negotiation deadlines with said company, but in the meantime has gone eerily quiet on Lupuzor.

Just a bunch of old accountancy frts who are paying themselves like they are running a succesful FTSE 100 and who clearly think AIM people are stupid enough to continually believe their nonsense and promises. Totally out of touch with how things work in the investor community in the modern world and what a modern company needs to do to turn things around.

Imagine for a moment if a FTSE 100 company had announced a MAP and all the other things they've mentioned and then decided to back all that up with inaction and silence for months on end, with the same old routine rolled out every time the get interviewed. The 'Corporate Update' was just a rehash of all the disappointments and missed -deadlines of 2018 with the ball being firmly kicked into the long grass of 2019.

I think that and the fact that volumes are very low at the moment across the board.

Folks - Just to add by two pennenth.

IMM (Immupharma) lost their NOMAD due to a takeover.merger between two brokers/advisors in November.

It took them about 5-6 weeks to secure another (and IMM are inept), so would suggest that if the FD states it's in hand then it's in-hand and there is nothing to worry about.

A NOMAD hire is not like a broker, there are quite a few more hoops to jump through.
