I'll tel you why, there are 3 groups involved.

1. People who have not read the RNSs and are replying on comment boards and reports.
2. People who have read the RNSs but haven't a clue about business let alone the sector.
3. People who have read and understood the RNS and will profit from the situation.

Those who fall into category 3 will drive up the price on Monday.

She's a past master of selling things on. I'm sure she probably has shares in these other companies but I would not say she has enough for it to be a driving factor. She comes across as a career CEO who specialises in running companies to the point of takeover
