The drop was caused by a comms blackhole over the December period caused by the IR/PR service being let go.

That compounded with pretty horrible general market conditions and a lack of visible santa rally kind of kicked the price down to 'oversold levels'.

That said, it's now becoming obvious that the goodwill extended to this young company is starting to run out, somewhat, and they need to step up to the plate and start delivering.

Seem to remember there were bits cut. Not many but it seems they might have given some market sensitive information.

a-2-b - We already have cash for a couple of years without the sale. I do wonder if they need the Ureka divestment to fund the MAP, hence the apparent lack of news. There are so many dependancies here that are funding related that Lupuzor is getting lost in a singular product pipeline.

Any announcement on progress at the moment will probably see this above 20p again.

Oilest - Agree not sure where Jan came from but it was floating around before the Vox interview. Also, as Huil mentioned, they reposted the interview with some changes. This may have been due to Cassiopeia being fired not sure.

Seems to be a little bit of 'Take-Over / Buy-Out' type chatter on Twitter (I know, large pinch of salt) which has come from a broker conversation someone had (apparently).

I wouldn't normally point it out , for obvious reasons, but we haven't see said TO/BO chatter for months now and these guys have been so quiet and been in a NDA inspired 'closed period' for so long that you'd assume the preliminary ET results might have inspired a major to step up to the plate.

Hull - Completely agree with your initial post. The empty ramp of early November (18) has created an unrealistic expectation and a high degree of impatience amongst investors.

Oddly, had the started to move towards 5p now, then it would have felt justified on reasonable expectation for announcements due in Q1 2019.

I think we all know that there is a very strong likelihood that this will exceed the range of November's spike once the news flow and media begins shortly. It's just a case of being realistic and patient.

As a recent communication from a board member stated things are 'very much moving forward'.

I bought £5000 (£4995 with buttons) this morning at 1.9 and it showed as a sell.

I know someone else whose buy (similar level) is showing as a sell too.

It's worth pointing out that these guys specialise in buy-outs and take-overs.

Can someone show me evidence they are attempting to recruit anyone. I've checked many of the usual sources for participant recruitment. Stating the target but not doing anything to achieve it smacks to me of something.

They have done nothing on the PR front either. Their website has barely been updated , their twitter account is practically dead and I don't think they even have a Facebook page (a very useful tool to get the message out to the 1000s of Lupus groups on that platform).

Where are the testimonials from the people on the ET? Where is the announcement for the MAP partner.

They don't seem to look like a company trying to climb out of a whole but a company trapped in the headlights with little management skill. Dim McCarthorse is a grey accountant with next to no understanding of marketing or flair for publicity and Dimitri is a scientist. They need some new young blood who can lead from the front.

Tim and Dimitri have stopped answering which again is another alarm bell. Although Dimitri has been the least visible CEO of all time and you get the impression his role is almost ceremonial. I'm always cautious when a Chairman is too vocal and visible.

I think Tim is FoS to be honest and is currently feathering his nest with his new Bradford buddies knowing he's losing his grip at Immupharma.

As my attitude. I've run out of patience and the 'can kick' with Incanthera and the de-empahsising of Lupuzor in the RNS before that has been the final straw.

Nope - Still the same position. Just given this AIM company more than enough time to prove up what they have been saying but they have completely failed.

I just love the way McCarthy blamed the FDA's testing protocol for why Phase 3 failed but without explaining himself whatsoever.

Yep, we are just supposed to suck that up and accept a tepid and flaccid 'Corporate Update' released months later, with a 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow' date for the next update (post Brexit/pre-yearly bonus window no doubt).

It's not like they have been working night and day to prove to us, even anecdotally, proof that Lupuzor works and now were are all supposed to get excited and distracted by a 16% holding in one of Tim's 'Bradford' companies which doesn't even have an IPO window scheduled and is likely to be a cost centre for the next few years.

You only have to look at http://www.incanthera.com to understand that what Tim has been doing for the last 8 months because he certainly hasn't been working for Immupharma.

We keep hearing 'Lupuzor Works' but have been provided absolute zero evidence in months. Their statements have been vague and provided no real sense of timeline.

I'd suggest they consider an independent audit or testimonials which could prove it before shareholders force an EGM in the new year to find out why they are saying these things and why McCarthy is still being paid and if he is , why is he not being paid in shares only to create some incentive to get off the golf course in St Neots and steer the company back to at least reasonable order.
