Not sure, that's the point I'm making. They can feasibly sit on things for a few days under the confirmation clause but they'd be idiots if they think people would believe they miraculously managed to co-ordinate news a few business hours before a crucial AGM.

My guy feeling is, if we are going to get news it will be in the next couple of days.

Posting an RNS just before an AGM is highly cynical and contrived.

If they have something then they should be able to broadcast it before. Also, is Minty's position is on the line, he'll need a few days after a good RNS to convince people he's still the man for the job. You can't do that with only a few hours to spare.

They have done nothing to support the share price in 9 months. It's all fine an dandy coming up with stories and promises but at the end of the day this is all about keeping an open dialogue with the market and not creating what is essentially a 'black box' investment.

Odd how they have created this ' Director's Closed Period' which has been going on since last April and with no explanation why. It's total BS and has been manufactured as none of them want to buy into a company (even £5k) that they have zero motivation to improve.

I think we are about to see the start of the PR campaign guys. A lot of folks contacts board members about the apparently lack of visibility allowing idiots like BMD to exploit the situation.
