I emailed them on Monday and IR got back to me and stated it's all in hand and on schedule as indicated in the Dec RNS.

It maybe that the other half of the deals wouldn't sign whilst Minty was still there.

Just keep in mind the reason the price is not moving. Minty could be dumping shares and they are being soaked up. i.e the buying pressure is being kept neutral. These could show up later.

Joe said he had news and he certainly did release some. Apparently the change came as a result of a management reshuffle at GSPC and some of the team interacting with OEX changed and put things on hold.
