addams - I'm confident that Bhanut is on the table and could well be being used to as part of an exchange deal with the ongoing commercial (hopefully soon to be reported on) deal.

The %'s split are not far off, so would make sense. OEX and GSPC are not happy bed fellows but the judge has giving them a ticking off to a degree and told them to get on with it. OEX definately has GSPC against the wall in negotiations so it will be very interesting as to what transpires.

It would need an asset assessment by an auditor which could also ensure that the perception of OEX's NET worth could increase dramatically.

Tonight was all about cherry picking and diversion. They are worried and the answers were well rehearsed, some appearing very quickly and were clearly cut and paster from somewhere. The crucial questions were not answered just a lot of sycophancy , which must have been a huge relief to them.

The simple question was. If you had doubts about the seismic and TE-9 failed, why on earth are you wasting money on TE-10. Is it going to be another 'TE-8' where we you try to convert it into a 'research drill' again before more 'noisy' data for TE-11.

No one is buying the tactic anymore and the share price is proof of that.

Also, anyone hoping to get a 'nod and a wink' from the team tomorrow night, good luck, they are no way going to clarify things any further than they already have.
