Courtesy of @bubblingup - Flowflex LFD sent its application letter to MHRA on Monday 25 Jan 2021 & got its letter of registration on Wednesday 10 Feb 2021. That is 2 calendar weeks plus 2 days between submission and registration. Same timeline for us means this Wednesday.

A reminder needed already -

50% of all our sequences are B.1.617.2. It's been growing 2x faster than B117, and is likely dominant in many parts of England. And has is 50% more likely to infect contacts.

The data on vaccines also painted a less rosy picture than the reporting by FT appeared to suggest.
-disaggreated data suggested post-1 dose efficacy of ~33% for both vaccines & post-2 doses 60% for Astra and 80% for Pfizer.
So ~17% drop post-1st dose & 6% post-2nd dose for sympomatic disease (similar for both vaccines)
- no data on efficacy for severe disease
-clear evidence of escape- as B.1.617.2 overrepresented among vaccinees (post 1 or 2 doses)
- no data by age group

PHE report put risk assessment of variant fo transmissibility and escape *both* as high - with varying levels of confidence.

Headlines today full of good news stories, while experts are seriously worried about what's happening. Only 30% of our population are fully vaccinated. We're being fed 'hopium' and spin while we are herded into yet another devastating wave.

Testing will be needed for 12 months or more. A very large consensus on that. Mass testing more important with fewer cases and will be needed for travel etc for a good while. The cream will rise to the top.

Client pitches up from 63 (Jan 21) to 135 (May 21) in 4 months (showing a growth rate of 114% over 4 months). Conversation of pitches to actual contracts seems approx 20%

Actual US deal size up 300% from Q4.

Tier 1 provider (Disney) looking to roll out adverts across more of its TV (or film) 'stock' clearly encouraged by the results of any initial trials

Coke looking to roll adverts out across TV, VOD, Music and Sports showing the breadth of ability Miri can cater for now

7 'discussions' with other 'un-named' possible partners (has to be Amazon / Netflix / etc)

In summary, we are potentially entering a period of exponential demand where number of partnerships is rising, number of adverts being placed is rising (approx 300%) pa and average size of advert rising approx 300% per quarter ALL based on ultra-low existing market penetration.

Basically, anything you can watch or download via any medium could one day contain an advert driven by Miri technology. The mind boggles......

Agreed, no idea. Hopefully our second tier 1 monster signs soon. Think we need another positive RNS to regain momentum.

As far as the U.K. gov having a load of Innova tests stockpiled why not speak to Iran whom we owe some £350m+ and ask if we can get Nazanin back for X number of tests and we donate the remainder to Palestine which has had labs etc blown up.

I’m expecting confirmation of dosing June/July, initial readout data October or so and another candidate before YE.

An RNS tomorrow is surely unlikely as MHRA will get back to us in office hours (it could have been between 16:30 and 17:30 on Friday I guess) so all being well we should have an intraday tomorrow or latest on Tuesday.

I assume we and they are confident we will be granted EUA for home use. Given the crap Innova test was it would be criminal for ours not to.
