A pointless thread. SNG has a lot more cash in the bank (having raised at 175p) has massive TAM (COPD, generic anti-viral), has trials ongoing (one paid for by the US gov) so a pointless comparison.

No doubt both PLCs are undervalued IMO.

No he said we had to resubmit our forms as not done properly. Given how onerous and complicated AVA6000 filing would have been this is a walk in the park in comparison so seems iffy.

HAd a fair few beers not that anyone cares but it’s an admin error and not material as would’ve been corrected so no need for an RNS. That said it’s poor. Given the hugely complex AVA6000 submission went through this one was clearly given to a junior and a minor admin error occurred. Annoying from AVCT but shocking from the MHRA telling a random punter.

I assume they defrost the sample first but point taken! To be honest I think our gov a disgrace and although not great for the U.K. I hope we stick two fingers up and sell a shed load overseas. I then hope it comes back to bite these charlatans on their arses. The media will hopefully belatedly ask questions as to why we’re using fell accurate tests when we had the best one unable to pitch for contracts.

The annual report was published yesterday. Worth a look.

To be honest I imagine the gov will be reviewing its procurement processes and is actively doing so as they’ll continue to be closely scrutinised by Good Law Project. Hats off to them, doing a sterling job holding these chancers to account.

Flowflex LFD sent its application letter to MHRA on Monday 25 Jan 2021 & got its letter of registration on Wednesday 10 Feb 2021. That is 2 calendar weeks plus 2 days between submission and registration. Same timeline for us means today so on the same timeline it will be intraday. If not today before the long weekend, surely!?

To be fair although the wait will be annoying the hype and PR over a long weekend will be superb. Clearly will need follow up contract RNSs next week and maybe licensing deals and or OEMs.

Assuming it breaks out I expect it to go where he’s suggesting.

I have to say his charting and calls are top notch. I hope he’s right re AVCT and where it’s likely to go once break out.
