Huh, me? I don’t hold MSYS. FWIW I did hold MWG prior to the acquisition as well as SKIN. No need for more acquisitions, let’s get our house in order and dominate our spaces. We can do so with partners, no need for more acquisitions IMO.

Given the Irish Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) et al. helped us develop the ecoli real-time test I can’t see that we won’t be part of at the very least Ireland and NI’s programme to adhere to the Oct directive. As well as China using it surely many others will joint the party and it’ll sell itself. Working in Asia and Ireland (EU) will mean more will follow.

If we merge with MSYS I’m out of here too. We can build a sustainable business model with what we have (Rinodrive, MWG and SKIN) and continue to partner outside of that where needed.

If momentum continued from Q4 and we conservatively did £5m (£0.1m more each Q) add £3.6 on MWG orders, add skintrustclub club and what we can see for Q3 (framework agreements) surely we can already see that we will exceed £10m comfortably and should be looking at nearer to £20m than £10m and that excludes any Covid related sales.

Anyway, see what the next few weeks brings. Really hope we can get out of this range but also attract some more serious investors. The shareholder register is depressing albeit improved with recent raise.

When I say we better have revised guidance I mean i expect it or GB has really exaggerated. I expect at least near £13.5m revenue in order to have the triple digit growth he promised.

As I’ve said before I life his vision and enthusiasm but he exaggerates and pumps far too much for my liking. For instance he was banging on about £2.4m Q4 snd thst momentum continuing into 2021 yet we have guided a 4% increase on that. Remember we also have £3.6m MWG orders so with that we are going backwards. Anyway, based on combined 2020 revenues (as per the AR) we are guided to grow at 50%. Again we have £3.6m in MWG orders and a new revenue stream in skintrustclub that’s meant to be gojng well.

Anyway, will see what news we get before the AGM and if good will review my holding at the interim report end of Sept. I expect a revised forecast beforehand. Better had.

Gwoods to be fair we have £3.6m in MWG orders already this year so that’s good. I will say I find £10m disappointing as GB said we would be treble digit growth and at £10m revenue it will be circa 50% growth. In fact with £2.4m in Q1 snd GB stating momentum continues pro rata that and £10m is a little over 4% growth. Hopefully it’ll be smashed and given we had no skintrustclub last year adding 4% to Q4 has to be massively conservative.
