A MOU is all well and good as signals intent but signing a deal and laying out the details of the JV will be massive and material. The revenue potential is huge and a blueprint for other territories. JV with China Resources much more interesting that skintrustclub (for now). If we start to roll-out real-time monitoring in China the ROW won’t want to be left behind. It could and should be transformational. The market doesn’t believe GB’s bluster IMO and credibility an issue. Hopefully a stonking JV RNS will help to turn that around.

Perhaps someone on twitter could ask our Scottish ally Neale (I think) how they’ve been awarded a contract to Dec when MhRA have only extended hone/use EUA to end of Aug?

A sell at 27.6p, nearly 10% below the 10%+ discounted raise. Kinda odd.

We will surely get a material RNS and not more woolly jam tomorrow nonsense but something of note (China JV) before AGM. GB said we were on track so that includes concluding the deal early Q1 which is this month.

It’s only been granted home-use EUA until end of Aug so very odd to award beyond that.

Is chesh trying to insinuate PaulCon and I are one in the same and or we have other profiles on here? If so, I only have this one so leave me out of it. You’ve implied so much a few times and a little boring.

We have a MOU and negotiations have continued as the scope of the JV expanded. As mentioned on here we said we expect the deal to be signed (terms agreed) early Q3 so that is July (mid August and end Sept) so hopefully we have news before the AGM. Other good news on top always welcome too!

Short term share fluctuations can be frustrating but the main thing is to believe in the business model and management. I’ve been invested for a over 2.5 years, love the tech and turnaround so see massive potential and I expect to be here a long time. That said I’ve made the mistake of becoming attached and emotional so I’ll judge progress on RNSs and delivering against expectations.

Hope the next couple of months are positive on operational progress. As I said, massive potential here but the market is clearly sceptical. Hope I’m right on saying GB keen to smash guidance and under promise and over deliver.

PaulCon I’m not sure. Perhaps they expected China Resources JV to be concluded and signed. Could be news on MicrotoxPD being rolled out in other areas, EU, UK or US. Either way GB said in the video news was expected before the AGM and I hope it wasn’t the Marketing Director appointment. Doubt even GB would think that’s worth mentioning. I guess we’ll find out in a couple of weeks.

Am somewhat surprised we haven’t heard anything from labskin in China given their new regs on animal testing and are meetings 18 months ago (just before pandemic).

Anyway, we’ll see but we have lots of moving parts just hope there isn’t a lack of focus as we have too much going on. Massive potential so holding until the interim
Report at least so end of Sept to see how H1 went revenue and order-wise, outlook and revised guidance (hopefully we get a divisional breakdown in revenue snd orders, even each as cost centres so a P and L, I remember an old client NWF Group did it in their report really well, in fact more AR than IR so forget that for now!).

Am surprised there isn’t more support at 30p given that’s where the 10%+ discounted raise was. Looks pretty ugly here but an odd time to sell (I would remove stops) but I guess you may be able to buy back in later. I would hope for a material RNS on or before the AGM. I’m sure news was implied so let’s hope it’s meanfingful.

Andy I think you’ll find the CEO has said many times 100%+ growth this year which would be over £13m and we guided £10m. We also did £2.4m in Q4 and were told momentum has continued into the new year. I’ve been invested here for 2.5 years so have a pretty good understanding thanks.

Let’s hope he’s setting the guidance in order for it to be comfortably exceeded. Remember we have £3.6m MWG orders, skintrustclub too so I am expecting nearer to £20m than £10m.

I agree. GB banged on about £2.4m Q4 and momentum continuing into 2021. We then get guidance of £10m (so momentum not continuing?) snd we get £3.6m MWG orders in snd still in H2 guidance remains the same. GB said triple digit growth again when in reality it’s 50%. Too much smoke and mirrors. Made sense getting the raise away and let’s see what news is delivered before or on the AGM.

I agree the share price performance is poor. As Myles McNultey said (when it was higher!) the £10m has been proved in and I don’t think the market is overly impressed when GB spouts triple digit growth (100%+) when guidance is circa 50%. Remember he said momentum continued from Q4 when we did £2.4m revenue so why is the guidance only pro rata 4% more than that and we have £3.6k in MWG orders as well as skintrustclub.

I’m waiting to see what the next few RNSs bring. Sure we’ll have one before the AGM, hopefully details of the China resources JV. I’m sure we’re negotiating with EU countries given what’s being implemented in Oct re monitoring so a lot of good news could drop. Needs that to move back into the 40s and beyond.
