Pumping MSYS on Twitter, it’s a joke. He’s the non-exec Chairman FFS. Honestly I like his enthusiasm but he shouldn’t be running a PLC (CEO here) or heading a BoD (MSYS). He’s an MD of a small private business. He should under promise and over deliver rather than pump and produce damp squibs. I believe in the business model but not the CEO. Still holding but have sold 2/3rds over last few months but will retain core holding so no more selling for me (wouldn’t at these levels anyway!).

Can anyone successfully out trial form?

7. Conclusions
Several viral diseases primarily target the innate immune response to replicate and progress in the host. Intriguingly, COVID-19 severity was associated with a significantly low innate immune response. IFN ß monotherapy would be an effective early-stage treatment option to prevent COVID-19 severity. For instance, SNG001, an IFN ß product, is in phase 3 clinical trial against COVID-19 and its final data will reveal the efficiency of IFN ß monotherapy. Therefore, IFN ß monotherapy-mediated enhancement of innate immune response could be a key component in future strategies to prevent large-scale viral disease outbreaks.

I asked yesterday why there hasn’t been a notice of results as most PLCs issue them. All do who have a Q&A for analysts as they’ll need to diarise. Looking back SNG hasn’t put one out but didn’t have a Q&A so didn’t have to. Good they have a Q&A this year though.

Whatever number means we’re at least at break even is good for me. Not burning cash is a pivotal moment and will give confidence and we can then move to being cash generative and strengthening the balance sheet to fund ever more programmes.

Activ-2 is an outpatient study although with twice the number of participants as our home trial why are we expecting a different outcome (in terms of the % on placebo that get very ill)? I understand the trial is more adaptive but am not sure how that would work. Our home results came out end of April so sufficient time to tweak Activ-2 if appropriate?

£10/share is around £2bn market cap. 500,000 courses is around $2bn in revenue. Then we have COPD and other viruses affecting the lung. If the results are top notch I suspect £10/share will be the lower end of any likely takeover price.

NU given this is really a tech business I’m not sure at 6 X the revenue figure the marker cap is overvalued. I do think the market will react badly if the H1 revenue is poor. Hard one as H2 usually a lot better and Q4 in particular.

If H1 revenue is poor hopefully they are able to say but we have agreements and orders to be invoiced in H2 amounting to X so we are comfortable we will hit (if not exceed) guidance.

All very exciting and it all makes sense re collaborating and getting existing stakeholders on board, very difficult and much longer lead time to try and penetrate the space independently as it were.

What I find a little annoying is GB’s constant triple digit growth chat when the guidance is £10m. MWG and SKIN produced £5.7m between them last year. That said I expect triple digit growth to be achieved and let’s see what H1 brings. We were told Q4 was some £2.5m in revenue so surely H1 will comfortably exceed £5m as it’ll include skintrustclub revenues too.

How do you know he left speedily? I am sure he had spoke to the BoD and given our new appointment was an external consultant working with us I am sure there was a long handover.

Ray you spend an awful lot of time on here and it’s all negative. There’s a big world out there, live a little.

You see labskin is winning new clients. Remember revenue was some £4m last year so they only need to RNS any contracts over £400,000. I am sure they are winning many clients with decent values but below that threshold. I imagine they tested on one product. The large contracts are the framework agreements that can be £150k snd more per annum. Anyway, good to see a happy, new client and one promoting labskin.
