They increased their overall % (increased CFD long position) and also got agreement to control the voting rights. No short position.

They are CFDs (as stated in the RNS) and the 4 loanees of the shares have clearly agreed to let Polygon have the voting rights as part of the agreement.

As if they would want ‘to force’ a sale through for less then true value, they aren’t far off 15% so will want to extract as much from any sale as the rest of us. Also, as frr as forcing it through although they’ll need another 36% of holders to want a low ball offer too. Silly notion.

Surely another Polygon TR1 RNS will get this moving even higher. We are also due an in-vitro RNS re delta variant and last dosing on our p3 trial should get this perky too.

So this year we know MWG has contributed £5.5m in sales (2 RNSs) so with last year’s SKIN revenue we are pretty much at the £10m revenue forecast. We have a much bigger H2’(historically) and ski trust club to include so surely we will be £15m if not more. Anyway, here’s hoping for more RNSs like this and hopefully orders going to the US and China sign off soon.

Great to see snd although frustrating at times it’s impressive to see shipments roll off. Well done to GB and team. I’m surprised they haven’t made more of the fact this is currently the only solution that can do this on real time. Let’s get the China deal sorted and it’s really off to the races.

Fair point, Frix. Initially we said H1 to be fair but yeah I take your point. These negotiations are massive and set up a framework for others to follow. A little more patience needed.

Having delayed the China resources sign off (understandable) GB said it would be done early in Q4. By his own deadline he has until a week Sunday to get it signed. Here’s hoping it’s not missed again. Hopefully we can recover beforehand and get back to nearer the placing price.

This is what Synairgen (SNG), the respiratory company has just achieved, on news that the external data safety monitoring board (DSMB) of the ACTIV-2 study has recommended that SNG001 advance into Phase 3 in mild to moderate COVID-19 patients. The company said that the advancement of SNG001 from Phase 2 to Phase 3 of the large ACTIV-2 trial is very welcome news and continues to build the case that its formulation of inhaled IFN-beta may have an important role in combatting COVID-19 and future emerging virus threats.

*whose main partner does not even mention it is available - I assume you mean Medusa which is focussed on HUA so a moot point
*and finally has one or two patients on the first stage of testing the AVA6000 with most hospitals not interested at all - a huge milestone for the co and your suggestion other hospitals aren’t interested is more *******s.

I’m not sure the longer it goes on the better terms we get. We’re better off negotiating with as strong a balance sheet as possible. Anyway, having been delayed a couple of times we were told early Q4 which suggests this month. We need some substantive and positive news to regain momentum.

What I like about this is the programme and producers named. Easier to make case studies and push to win similar sectors and providers.
