I think we started the week slightly under where we are now and if you take out the Trump shock election result, we are pretty much level.

I, like many others I'm sure, would've loved to have seen a big rise today on the back of that sound update but you have to also take into account that RR has been in an upward trend for a little while now and reaction to the update may have been 'priced in' within the last few weeks. 'Nowt as strange as folks... Except the stockmarket'.

Just depends on what the board agrees..

It varies from monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annually, bi-annually... or even longer..

They may only pay, or in addition to the regular divi, what's called a special dividend.

Chances are it'll be twice a year in my view, but others may differ.

I like that bit at the end the most..

A little SMR would be very useful in the production of Hydrogen, would it not?

Thanks.. I am up on the news thanks, but not through AchillesZeno as seeing his two thousand posts a day got a little tedious a long time ago..

News is great.. but decisions and committments are what's required to drive things forward

You've had the news on the SMR... Nothing.

Maybe it's because labour don't see it as 'clean enery'...

In any event, it'll be just typical of the UK government to not see the potential, miss out on being a world-leader and arrive last to the party in adopting SMR. All this after realising that viable Hydrogen fuel cells is a long way off, wind blown energy is insufficient and no matter how many tin-pot homes they want to build, fitted with solar panels from China, really isn't going to cut the mustard in powering AI data centres.

Maybe we need to look at importing energy from France like we do with migrants 🤔

Where is the SMR investment.. that's what we want to hear

The share hit a £5.72 and it's dropped to £5.54... That's less than 4%.. Get a grip fella's ffs

The share isn't dropping... it's undulating awaiting the next leg up, hopefully with the pending update 👍
