1st half 2026 update is where the turn-around of sales & income will be shown.

People making statements abouts accounts have to be made available at AGM's etc... utter twoddle.

Accounts have to be available 3 weeks before the AGM etc.. utter twoddle.

If we don't get the accounts, it'll be suspended.. factual but still utter twoddle.

If anyone here has done any research whatsoever, then they'll know that KOD was mining/delivering to port in 2025. The fact that shipments/payments have only taken place in 2026 really makes the accounts for period end 2025 somewhat irrelevant as that is not where we are today. In the accounts, there will be a forward looking statement that will make reference to the pending shipments going forward.

The 2nd quarter update will be the most important as this will tell us about the cost of production (from accounts), the amounts mined & being/been shipped & also the value of sales taken & forward looking... that is the important focal point on this stock.

Then that makes you in-line with the very same people you are complaining about.. If they didn't manipulate the staock, as you say, then you wouldn't be buying in at your 'Pounce' level... Just sayin... 🤣

I'd say aroound the £1.20 mark...

The accounts are not late until they are late... They are due by the 30th June 2026.

The company has shortened it's accounting period to bring the accounting year end to coincide with the calendar year-end.. This make dates & timings easier, something I did with my business very early on.

The current accounting period will be from 31st March 2025 through to 30th December 2025.

The next full accounting period will be from 1st January 2026 through to 30th December 2026… and so on year on year.

The company have announced the fund-raising exercise via the means of offering a further 28m shares into trading using a 'retail offer'.

Generally the retail offer price is lower than the share price at that time of placing, although this is not guaranteed.. I believe the retail offer price is decided at the end of trading today and usually, to attract buyers, the retail offer price will be around 10% ~ 15% lower than the actual share price.. hence the drop in the share price reflecting just that today.

If the retail offer price goes ahead then ordinary shares will be issued and start trading on Friday this week.

🤷‍♂️ The Retail offer closed 30 minutes before you advertised it...

AJ Bell just refunded my account the 25k retail offer... My thinking it's over subscribed which can only be a positive.

I've submitted into the retail offering... Hopefully to reduce the losses 🙏

I wish I could get out... I'm 40% down now.... suffering with a 25K loss..... Not a happy camper to say the least!
