Blackstone Europe took a step closer to securing Warehouse Reit today (Friday), after the London-listed property group backed an improved £489m takeover bid.

Basically the offer has been upped to 113.4p per share alongside the 1.3p divi... This is an all cash deal where BBOX was a mix of new shares & cash.

Can't see on the LSE site... although it is showing circa 3:1 buys/sells.. with some +66 million bought.. I don't see how the price goes south in that scenario !

Incorrect... they don't 'have to be'... they are retracted to reduce drag but the operation is NOT determined by 'Time' but on priority, aircraft type, conditions and also regulations.

The crash site coverage has shown one of the wings with the 'Flaps' extended... one can only assume this was done for take-off/prior to the aircraft hitting the building. Initially the aircraft did rotate/take-off in a normal manner so as it stands, appears to have had the flaps extended.

We can only speculate at the moment as the video coverage isn't perfect but the data from the boxes will give us the facts.

So called 'Aviation experts' are all over the TV channels at the moment...

Pilot, gear up isn't detemined by a specific time, it's dependant on several factors including some regulatory ones in different counties.. but it would be considered abnormal 1000ft plus..

Also, if there was an aircraft issue, as the surviving passenger has stated he heard, then the gear up would've be lower down the priority list.
