Based on that comment, I would like to think that flow testing is underway, but I am not certain. Given the time required to complete the EWT, my estimate for the resource update is August, which hopefully means I won't be disappointed.

The introduction is worth a listen to provide context for the presentations.

Prof Wilson's presentation is detailed and is aimed at infection control personnel.

Nicolas (starting at 36:07) provides a clear view of current infection control applications and compares them to Nasal Photodisinfection. People are probably aware of most of the points, but it useful for new investors; it is also useful to see what is being presented to the medical community. One point that is worth remembering is : "One treatment. No guesswork. Suitable for universal use."

Currently there are only 6 UK hospitals deploying or piloting steriwave. As a non medical practitioner, I am very disappointed with the lack of adoption by the NHS despite a UK trial that established a potential saving of £190m for the NHS, not to mention the personal benefits for patients.

In terms of economic benefit to Uganda, and financial returns for BRES, establishing the downstream facility at the earliest opportunity would seem to be the best solution. If the DFC aren't interested in full funding, perhaps the AFC / Ugandan government will provide finance.

Hazbeen - I'm pleased to see a positive update.

Relevant and timely communication is critical to successful business relationships and whilst I appreciate matters can be outside the control of management, there have been instances where target dates have been indicated and then missed without effective communication.

This is a link to an article by Charles Archer in which he discusses the potential value of HEX (thanks to Kaeren for posting it).

It is interesting to look at the logic and the calculations from PLSR's perspective. Whilst HEX has achieved production, the major advantage from my perspective is the potential size of the reservoir(s) and scope of PLSR's operations. When one considers the drilling success achieved to date, I would like to think that there are other leases that can deliver commercial discoveries. I got the impression from the recent Q & A session that PLSR will, at some point in the future, be looking to extend their exploration activities around Topaz to fully determine the scale of the reservoir(s).

The article gives a good overview of the various companies in the market, but reference should have been made to QHE's oil production since it is relevant to cashflow and reduces the potential for a placing.

While some assets may be restored within months, others could remain offline for years. Beyond the status of the Strait of Hormuz, every day of damaged or shut-in infrastructure pushes pre-war production capacity further out of reach.”

The extent of disruption to helium supplies is unclear, but even if Pulsar does not achieve production for 18 months, it could offer a significant contribution to supplies if there is a district wide gas field.

Sheephatch - thanks for posting the interview. It gives a clear view of the activities associated with commissioning the plant and the loading a trailer, and the potential value.

NT indicated the value of each trailer is $36k with a helium concentration of 70%. On the assumption that HEX will be shipping circa 100% helium, this will give a comparable trailer value of c$50k.

NT advised that the delivery cost is $500 per trailer, which is presumably based on "local" delivery.

Loading the trailer appears to be measured in days. If a trailer is dispatched every 3 days, the value will be c$6m pa based on MDH pricing; so I wonder at what point additional trailers will be required.

@Hazbeen - I don't agree with your observation that there are no delays.

In the results presentation on 26/09/25, Nicolas Loebel advised in the Q&A session that "We do not anticipate delay and our patient enrolment is expected to complete this year with top line results expected in spring of next year."

In the 10/03/26 RNA, OBI advised that 93% of patients had been enrolled.

Whilst the top line results may still be produced this spring, there is a possibility that there will be a delay, so the RNA did not provide the news I was hoping for.
