Brentw1 - a good summary of the current situation.

There was a lot of detail and for anyone who wants a better understanding of the helium sector, it is worth listening to the whole webinair.

For me, perhaps the most relevant comment was by Rich Brook when he said that semiconductor manufacturers need to diversify their supply for qualified helium. Hopefully HEX can satisfy the qualification criteria.

I attach an announcement, dated 16/12/25, posted by GLR1990 on the Pulsar board referring to a long-term agreement (15 years) between Uniper and Qatar Energy for an annual supply of 70m cuft per annum. The current situation in the middle east is likely to stabilise at some point in time, but from a risk management perspective, off-takers must start to consider giving preference to helium from stable jurisdictions.

The Brits often look for negatives and reasons not to do something. Let’s focus on the potential, whilst being realistic.

I wonder if the sentiment in the following statement will change and make buyers look for more stable jurisdictions, if you include the US in the current political climate. I suppose much will depend on how long the disruption lasts and what happens afterwards.

Rpoodle - the additional wells (JS3 +) are designated as exploration wells, rather than production wells, hence the lower cost.

When TAJ was interviewed on 11/09/25 and the "10 well" drilling programme was discussed, he stated that the funding pipeline was OK for 12 months. Unfortunately, this months raise negates the assertion about the funding pipeline. Perhaps this is partially responsible for the recent drop of c£30m in the market cap; I suspect there was also an element of profit taking.

The term "addressable market" needs to be converted into sales.

Certainly a share that requires a lot of patience, as well as patients.

The SP has responded well to news and further news is likely to be imminent, i.e. TD at JS6 and what will hopefully be a robust pressure reading.

Prior to the recent raise, the market cap reached approximately £174m (171m shares @£1.02); based on this value with 180m shares in issue, the SP would be 96p. The raise secures funding to progress the project so I am not concerned about the SP and expect it to return to previous levels when the market settles down. In fact, with further positive news, I expect it to surpass previous highs in the next couple of months. Fingers crossed.

ValJu - I agree that patience is required, but as a former company director, I am well aware of the dangers of raising stakeholder expectations and then failing to deliver. Brent's earlier observation "The helium and the plant are still there!" is something that we should focus on.

After reflecting on the scope of planned work, there should be plenty of news over the next few months before the production of a resource / reserve figure.

The SP is currently down 15% in Canada so I suspect we will be seeing a significant fall in the morning; given the SP that has already been achieved and the potential, which has not changed, it will probably present a buying opportunity for me. Hopefully, the SP will do the same as the HEX SP which responded positively after an initial fall following a placing.

Taking a positive view, the Co is planning to undertake a lot of work. Let's hope the market believes it is a positive move.

The major industrial gas companies need reliable supplies to meet client needs. TAJ has always said that he wants PLSR to be able to offer helium supplies to meet variations in demand. If PLSR prove the reserves that may be at Topaz and their other leases, the Co could become a key player in the supply of US helium.
